I signed a contract in Sept 2015 and it is now April 2017 and the deck is still not completed. It has always been one excuse or another. Both he and his wife were very polite and nice. However It got continually harder to contact and now they refuse to answer phone calls, email, or texts. The bottom step of each stairs is missing making it very hard for me to use as I am older and not always steady on my feet and it still needs to be skirted. There are also foundation boards still sticking out that need to be trimmed off. I am now out $20,815 from my husband's life insurance money and still do not have a completed deck after all this timel

I cannot give this contractor a good review. I have had terrible customer service. The roof that was built over my deck had multiple leaks in it and they were asked SEVERAL times to repair or re-do it. It's impossible to get any response back from them. I called in another roofing company and paid (again) for the repairs. After several attempts of asking Jon & Emily to reimburse for it, they agreed, but wanted to pay me in 4 monthly payments. I reluctantly agreed to it and of course, did not receive all of it. So, I'm getting ready to file for what they owe me in small claims court. This was a very bad experience. I turned down two other companies to give my business to them and regret it.
