Will fix it stands by their name even when the job was hard to handle. Chris was able to fix the problem in less than a day. He provided me three options and offered the best solution for the next 10 years. Thank you Chris for your hard work!

I'd give them an F. They were terrible. They charged us quite a lot to put the water heater that it needed in, and less than two years the thermostat went out and they came out because it was still under warranty and he said "oh it's the thermostat" and he said that part was not under warranty. He was going to charge us 300 and something dollars for that.

They are pretty prompt and they are pretty much on time.  The people I dealt with were very polite.  They weren't pushy at all.  They suggest some other things that I could do to prevent plumbing problem in the future.  They recommended something and they weren't pushy about it at all.  The price was pretty much high.

The plumbers they sent were not even close to being capable and one of them tried to sell me replacement parts that weren't needed They left one lavatory leaking  because they installed  the pea trap at an angle and  then had the nerve to argue with me about fixing it at no charge!  Will Fix It? What a joke, This is the worst company ever!

Arrived day one and couldn't find the source of leak. Joseph and Austin were two technicians that came on a recall, as tenant recorded that water leak was more prevalent. They arrived on day two and expressed it will cost $180 to cutout ceiling and search for leak. Required me to sign form releasing them from possible damage caused pursuant to cutting out ceiling. They showed me the leak was coming from a pipe from upstairs shower, but they need to cut another whole in wall behind shower. They just weren't sure where to cut. I asked if they had a stud finder. Negative response. They cut the second hole and could see the source of leak but could not reach it as air duct hindered. Consequently, they told me they need to remove a panel of shower wall to correct the problem. That was going to cost another $715 plus a release of liability. They did make the repairs, but left it up to me to pay for and repair damage they made. I asked why was the price so outrageous. I was told because they are bonded, the expertise and I get what I pay for. They whole job lasted about two hours. I surely didn't see paying $445 an hour as a reasonable cost. I told them their price was crazy, but to alleviate the problem for my tenants I paid it. It will not happen again. Subsequently, I cancelled my home service plan with them and have vowed not to use them again. Cost so much and don't want they professional experts to be liable for there mistakes.

I went to Home Depot to buy a new water heater and to arrange installation.  The water heater price is $524 but Home Depot would not honor the 10% off coupon they mailed me because I had to arrange the acquisition and installation through their 1-800 service.  The Home Depot 1-800 service sent "Will Fix It" plumbing.  The total price quoted was $2380 minus 10% or $2142 plus $15 for truck operating supplies.  Another plumbing company quoted $1149 for a 50 gal gas water heater.  Is "Will Fix It" screwing unsuspecting Home Depot customers?  I wrote a complaint to Home Depot.  I hope someone from Home Depot calls.

Terrible ... it took forever to find someone ... hot, humid day and they were the only folks we could get to come out ... 10:30 pm and the guy showed up and declogged the primary drain into the master sink ... secondary drain was leaking onto the patio and splashing the back door .... took apart the sink in the master bath .... where the primary drain was found clogged with hair and soap residue ... took him 20 minutes and he charged us $295 ... ridiculous!!! for a clogged drain .... we called the office manager Kelly who was not available .... left a message, as we wanted to complain about the outrageous charge!! To this day, no one has bothered to call back ... unbelievable and poor customer service!! don't waste your money ... go elsewhere!!

Horrible.  Tech (Mike T.) originally came out on 30AUG13 and was supposed to clean out the line between our home and the septic tank.  Appears it was accomplished since the clog was alleviated.

Unfortunately we arrived home on Sunday 1SEP13 to an unbearable stench and fecis and toilet paper and water covering our side yard.  Called Rescue Rooter first and the individual said someone would be out within 30 minutes but once I mentioned American Home Shield their tone of voice change and I had to all the warranty company first.  I then called American Home Shield starting at 1200 and have yet to have the issue repaired.  When I called Rescue Rooter back, less than 10 minutes later, they told me I was on the schedule for the day.

In the interim called multiple local septic companies, dug up the tank lid and from the "septic experts" perspective there is still a clog between the house and the tank.  Water level in the tank is 6+ inches below the top of the lid.

We have bathed in the yard, gone the restroom in a make shift toilet in the garage and am 100% dissatisfied with the level of customer service we have received from both companies.  It is now 1000 pm and we are still unable to use the water in our home and no idea if ARS Rescue Rooter ("Will" Fix It) will ever arrive to fix their error - GOOD TIMES!!  I made my final attempt for service at 11 pm and the Resue Rooter rep said they had given the dispatcher the incorrect phone number, however they verified my number every two hours when I called to get an updated status.  Totally unacceptable!!

UPDATE: 2SEP13 - Mike T came out again around 1000 am and swore the problem was still the septic tank.  I mentioned that I had spoke with several septic experts and the line from the cleanout to the house was still likely clogged.  He said he would use a larger auger and it did resolve the problem.  A ton of hassle for something in my opinion should have been done the first time.

First, they called the day they were suppose to arrive and rescheduled for 2 days later.  I should have stopped right there
but Home Depot had recommended them (I didn't know what company was coming out until they arrived).  I had replaced a part and when it still didn't work the repairman put on a part that gave it a jump start when it was suppose to start and it worked...for an hour.  The first repairman was very nice and did a full check of the system while he was at the house to the point I bought a maintenance program from him.  When it stopped I called back and requested the same person to return but they sent someone else who checked the same things the first man did and felt was OK, but the second man saiid that the capacitor was going out.  I happen to know that the capacitor for my unit cost less than $15.00 and it may have taken him 60 seconds to change it and it cost about $250.00!  When that didn't work he said I needed a new fan motor but he would give me a break and charge only $425.00!  I chose not to and went on ebay and bought the b.exact motor for $90.00  including shipping.  It took me 15 minutes to take the old on out and put the new one in and every thing worked after I put a wire back on the capacitor that I had not touched.
I would have thought that they could have done their diagnostics first before just shotgunning different parts to see what happens.  I still think the $425.00 capacitor was normal but of course he took it with him so I couldn't have it checked.
Long story short; I wouldn't hire these guys to change a light bulb.
By the way, I had already written a good review after the first visit before it stopped working again so please ignore.

We had a problem with the refill apparatus in one of our bathroom toilets.  We have used Will-Fix-It many times for both out plumbing and air conditioning maintenance needs.  The plumber I prefer to use from Will-Fix-It is Dean.  We set an appointment for him to come out after my wife and I got off work.  He actually called ahead and asked if he could come earlier than the agreed upon time.  That was not a problem.  He came and fixed the toilet.  Everything works well now.
We have reached the age and income level that my wife and I are less concerned about price that we are about quality and dependability.  Don't get me wrong, we want a fair price on the work we have done.  We have been doing business with Will-Fix-It for approximately three years, now.  I have come to know their technicians that service my air conditioning and plumbing needs.  I have never felt they were attempting to sell me things I don't need.  They are always very courteous and helpful.  Because of this, I have both my air conditioning and plumbing under service contract with them.  I have yet to regret that decision.  This is a good company, at least my experiences with them have been very good.  I highly recommend them.

Our daughter's shower/bath faucet was leaking badly.  Called Will  Fix It and they sent someone out who was supposed to be there at 2pm and arrived at 4pm.  Once there he said the piping needed to be redone but he could fix it temporarily and that it would not be under warranty.  I had him fix it because I had water running like crazy, it lasted 3 weeks.  I will never use them for anything again.

Will Fix It called to say they were running behind and said it would be late and did we still want them to come.  We said yes, the repairmen shows up to repair 1 sprinkler head that was broken off.  We were told it would be $500.  Then after providing an invoice for the repairs they did last summer he said he could make the  fix for $366.  We told him no.  We called another company recommended on Angie's List and it cost $81 to repair.  By the way we even have a maintenance contract with Will Fixt It.  Don't think we'll be renewing it.

This was by far the most expensive quote we received. Although they offered three different quotes, the cheapest quote was $4,250.00 all the way up to $12,860.00 (+) absolutely ridiculous. They were also quick to offer financing which would add even more to their pockets by the time it was all said and done. When things like this go wrong, it's hit on your bank account but the prices being quoted by this company are a travesty. I cannot comment on the type of work they do since we obviously did not hire them for this job. But based on these very high costs, and because we were able to find a much more reasonable quote and the job was done warrantied at a third of the cost, we would not recommend "Will fix-it".

It is still not flushing properly- but not as bad as before he changed the handle. I don't know if $109.00 is the going rate for this type of repair. Work is guaranteed for one year but I don't want to hassle with someone coming back out and then telling me that some other new part that I bought wasn't right either and charge me another $109.00. So I live with holding down the handle, counting to three and it then flushes properly.

A/C replacement was very smooth. Professional installation, super technicians. Overall a great, but expensive experience.
Plumbing experience was not so great. Honestly they did not anticipate working on such an old house and did not estimate the time and amount of work needed to so this job. Stated it would take three days, even though my husband said that was unrealistic. It took a month!!! Cost was double what was initially stated because they did not understand the scope of the work. We paid the additional but were also rebated a bit in the end because of all of the delays.
Previously we have been happy with the service we have received with this company. We will continue our service maintenance agreements.

I chose this vendor through my home warranty program. I received three vendors to choose from and boy was I glad that I chose this company! I have all wood floors and they made sure to cover all my floors before they started and even swept them afterwards. They were on time and were very careful to install the AC in my attic properly. We have not had to call them back to fix any part if the installation and would definitely refer them to others. Now: insulation damaged in the process of the repair.
