Amazing. I called, the dispatcher scheduled a locksmith to arrive within 45 mins. I got a call from the technician 15 mins later to say he was on the way. Arrived on time, courteous, changed locks, paid via credit card. Less than about 20 mins for everything. All keys work. Very pleased. Will call again if any future needs.

Had our new house re-keyed. Had no problem coming at the day/time requested, was punctual, and was very friendly. Gave us excellent advice about other questions we had and gave us recommendations based on quality, not just price. Very impressed and would definitely use again.

They did a wonderful job. He was really nice. He called and said he was on his way. He was late but he put the address in wrong. He checked an extra door but didn't charge for it. The price was fair.

The service was great. The provider was on time, gave me some good advise because not all the locks were the same and did a great job at a reasonable price.

While drilling the hole for the additional lock on the front door, the installer dropped the drill causing significant damage to my hardwood flooring. The door also was damaged. He left saying that he would have the owner of the company contact us, but we had to initiate that contact. Additionally, and of less importance, the new holes that were drilled on the other doors did not line up as they should with existing locks and noticeable smudges were left on those doors which required touch up painting.

Great! : - ) Wesley Vallejo of Whitley's Lock & Safe was professional, prompt, and friendly. He changed the locks on 2 doors (4 locks total, all the same lock) and provided 10 keys for $105. He arrived on time, did all of the work within an hour, and then gave me a chance to test all of the keys and copied keys to make sure they worked well. He was able to take a credit card as payment, which I really like because I get credit card rewards. I am happy with Whitley's service, and I would definitely use them again.

The service was great. This company is right around the corner from our new house. They gave me a good estimate over the phone, gave me a few options to consider on how to do the work and then did a great job rekeying the home. Haven't had any trouble with the locks either. I was satisfied with the service and the end result. Would probably use them again if necessary.

Great Job. Jonathon is on top of it. He rekey five locks for me and now I only need one key to open any door in my house. Fast and reliable.

We have not had any problems with the lock.

I called the company on Thursday (3/13) and was told that they could "probably" fit in me on Friday (3/14). The gentleman on the phone took my name and number. I expected someone to call and confirm if an appointment could be scheduled however when no call came after a couple hours on Friday, I called the company. At that time, I was told they would be at my house between 1-2 but that was quickly changed to between 1-3 (there was a side bar conversation between the gentleman on the phone and another person). At about 3:15, the representative called to tell me he was on his way. Upon arrival, he set straight to work. While I appreciate his work ethic, it would have been nice to have some kind of a cost estimate before work was performed. I had to ask for the estimate. In any case, the representative removed the old doorknob, replaced it with a new one, and keyed it to fit existing keys. He was efficient and the door now works so I don't have any complaints with the quality of the work. The final price was what he quoted me and they honored my Angie's list coupon with no problem. I chose this company because of their "A" rating so I was disappointed that I didn't get "A" service.

I had a two fold problem and Wesley creatively came up with a solution on the spot. I was able to keep my current front door lock and the results were a safer home overall. Would definitely use their services again! Thanks so much.

This job from Whitley was awesome. The guy was on time, quick, friendly, and was very knowledgable regarding doors. His advice kept me from making repairs I had lined up that would have negatively effected my front door's performance. My wife lives opening the door. Before it was a drag, wouldn't close easily, and th deadbolt caught. Now, if works like it was designed to. Thanks Whitley.

He arrived on time. Was neatly dressed. Acted professional. Promptly got to work. Completed work required. Put graphite in locks that were sticking. Left everything clean.

They were very good. They were prompt and the cost was reasonable for the amount of work that they did. The guy was very accommodating as I had to leave during the job and he waited on me as I was a little late getting back.

The locksmith came and (after studying the situation for awhile) was unable to fix the issue. But he was very professional in explaining why and recommended a specialist who deals in these unusual situations to resolve the issue. To my surprise, Whitley didn't even charge me a service charge because the call didn't include a fix. And I asked them to make a duplicate house key for me and didn't even charge me for that ! I appreciate their professionalism at explaing the problem and I am grateful that their customer-service policy is so great that they would waive the service fee. I would recommend them to anyone (not because of the "free advice"), but because of their overall professionalism and great customer-oriented policies. There aren't too many service companies I have dealt with that maintain these high standards. Mr. Whitley -- rest assured I will use you again when I have a problem and I would recommend your organization to anyone that needs an honest locksmith (and a tip of the hat for the great reps you employ !).

They were able to come out right away! Not only that - I was holding off on doing this as I thought it would cost an arm and a leg - and honestly, we only go in and out of the front door. But having 4 keys to get into one house is not ideal. Jason came out right away - was super friendly with my pups - and was able to match all my back door locks to the new front door one, at a pretty reasonable cost. Done and done!

The locksmith was highly professional, performed the tasks quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after himself. The whole job was effortless on my part. I would definitely use this company again.

I needed a spare key for my foreign-made car. Just a plain key -- no fancy fob or clicker or anything else...... but most places don't carry the blank for my model of car. Whitley's had the blank and made 2 keys while I waited. No problems, and both keys work perfectly.

We had new deadbolts installed on 2 exterior doors (not done by Whitley but by our "handy person"). Problems with the new locks, difficult to open. The Whitley technician made several new keys and reset the locks. They now open easily and we're very happy.

My husband called 9am. Technician arrived about 2pm. I needed a front door lock rekeyed. He re-keyed my front door lock and made three spare keys in about 90 minutes.

They were called because the silver piece on the door would not latch into the strike plate. So he moved the plate down so the door could latch and lock. He also changed the dead bolt lock. Now however, both will not latch at the same time. If the dead bolt is locked the door will not latch and lock and vice versa. So I called to reschedule an appointment to have the locks realigned.

It went very well. He was very professional and had all 4 locks changed in no time.

The technician can on time and went right to work, some of the hardware was as old as the house, approximately 58 years, and one lock was a lock for which I had no key to provide him, but he went right ahead and got to work to make sure I had the bolt lock security added and that the 3 doors were keyed alike. He made good suggestions and completed the job to my satisfaction. I forgot to use my Angie's list coupon, but that was my fault and I will definitely use him again if I have a need. Thank you!

They're really good. They've been in business for years and they did work where I used to work and they were good there, too.
