Great.  The technician was very professional and completed the task in the alloted time and under the estimated cost.

Good experience overall.  I contacted Whitley's on 6/20 about installing a deadbolt on an interior door and they were available on 6/22.  Ron (technician) was very professional, showed up on time, installed the deadbolt quickly and was very meticulous about clean up. My only knock on this service was that I didn't know about the trip fee, which doubled the cost of the job.  An expensive lesson:  always ask about trip fees.

Called and made appointment the day before. The person that I spoke to was courteous and helpful. So was the locksmith that came to my home. He called 30 minutes ahead and was on time. I am pleased with the service provided and would use Whitley Locksmiths again.

After buying a house with many locks without keys I needed several locks re-keyed. Wesley was good enough to point out that it was pointless to re-key one of the locks suggesting that I replace the entire door instead, which I greatly appreciate. He did the work quickly and efficiently. I was a little surprised by the bill as I thought I had gotten enough information ahead of time that I knew what the work would cost but next time I will know that a burglar gate is a two cylinder lock even if the person on the phone doesn't tell me that. Similarly he seemed a bit dismayed when I presented my coupon -- I'm still wondering why.
Overall using this service was so much easier and more eco-friendly than replacing the locks myself that I would do it again in a heartbeat if I had several locks to redo. If only one or two locks I may try another company with a lower service call price but I would certainly want the same person to do the work! Wesley really enjoys his job and that always shows in the workmanship. He was just great!

Fantastic!  Scheduling was very easy and Ron arrived early in the window I was given.  He rekeyed locks at my office and at my home.

Locksmith was punctual and professional.  Requirements to complete the job were different than what I had been told on the phone but seemed reasonable and I have since confirmed that they were accurate.  The work took slightly longer than I had anticipated, but was not unreasonable.  The price was fair.  I had discussed on the phone that I would be using an "Angie's List Coupon" and would receive $10 off the price.  I forgot to present the coupon to the Locksmith at the time of service however, so I did not get the discount.  
The "new" key works perfectly in the back door, but does not work well in the front door.  Aside from that, I am satisfied with the work and I would use this vendor again.

Fast, efficient, polite and good price what else can you ask for.

My daughter has a male friend who helped me deliver a washer and dryer to my son in Houston. Somewhere along the way the young man lost the only set of keys to his truck. Because he was cash strapped he called around to get the best deal. I warned him of an outfit that is not licensed or certified and when they show up they charge you more than what was quoted. Wouldn't you know that was exactly what happened to him. I happened to be at home so I chased the crook off and came into the house and got on Angies List. I called Whitleys Lock and Safe. It was after hours and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Ron. He informed me that he would be able to help me out and quoted me a price. Because it was after hours I decided to wait until the next morning. Ron suggested I call back in the morning and let them know what he quoted me. The following morning Ron was in the office so I was able to speak with him. He stated that he would be out early afternoon. I explained to him that my daughters friend had to be at work by 2:00 p.m. With that said Ron told me that he would come here first. I relayed the information to my daughter and her friend and off to work I went.Ron came and went. My daughter and her friend informed me that Ron was really nice. He explained to the kids what he was doing as he went through the whole process. He ended up making a total of three keys. I was told that Ron was very efficient and very professional.At the end of the day I made call back to Whitleys Lock and Safe and was able to make contact with Ron. I personally thanked Ron for his help and informed him that I would be sure and recommend his Company to as amny people as possible. He was very appreciative. Ron was very helpful. He was gracious by rearranging his daily call schedule to accomodate us. He was very efficient and professional in his work. He made quite an impression on a couple of young people.

Fine, the locksmith was very helpful, professional, and did a good job.

Needed to replace locks on electrical cabinets housing security system video equipment.  Went to Angie's list and contacted local company with good reports and scheduled appointment.  He showed up at scheduled time, replaced locks and provided keys.  Bill sent directly to the HOA management company.

I called and the person on the phone was polite and efficient, and they said it would be approximately 30 minutes before someone could come unlock my car. But it was only about 10 or 15 minutes before a Whitley's van pulled up to my driveway. The car was unlocked in, literally, 90 seconds, and I paid about $40. Everything went well, the car wasn't damaged, and I was on my way within about 35-45 minutes of the phone call to request service. Very easy and pleasant, and while thankfully I haven't locked my keys in my car since then, this would be my go-to company for unlocking.

All in all an excellent experience.  Very happy with the work. Good customer service over the phone, technician was very professional, prompt and courteous. 

Next time I have a locksmith job I will definitely use this company again.  Highly recommended.

They did a good job. They were very prompt and came out the same day I called. They worked quickly and all of the locks work very well. I will use them again in the future if I need to, and recommend them to others.

While we were traveling in San Antonio a key to our vehicle broke off in our trunk lock.  We wanted to clear the lock, and tried to get a nearby mobile locksmith to come to where we were staying.  That locksmith (not Whitley's) did not show up as promised and did not call back.  So, we checked the next morning on Angie's list and found Whitley's and called them to get directions.  We drove out there and in minutes they extracted the key and we were on our way.

I could not find good reviews or information about the local locksmiths. I called multiple companies but none of them gave me comparable info or prices. I immediately joined the Angies list and called Whitley's locksmith services. They offered clear pricing details and the agent was here in 1 hour as promised. He performed the requested service and explained additional requirements to complete the job. Everything went very well and happy. Looking forward for next repair soon. Will use Angie's list for the providers.

I called the company and they were able to send someone out the next day. THey showed up on time and had the house re-keyed within 30 minutes.

We called to have the deadbolt installed, and Todd was very helpful.  He was able to schedule someone to come out the same day.  When Manuel arrived, he was very professional and got right to work.  He made short work of fixing our door and getting the deadbolt rekeyed and installed.

They are great. We've used them several times. They are prompt and their technicians do a good job. They are extremely polite and they get here when they say they will. They are all-around good people. Their prices are very competitive and very reasonable.
