William came in with his people and tore out our 20+ year-old, shed-like patio cover.  Then they gave us a beautiful cedar patio cover that spans the entire back of our home.  They installed a custom sound system, 6', 8" blade custom outside fans, ran a bunch of recessed LED lighting and installed and electrical system to fit our specific needs to include extra outlets at every corner in the patio cover?s ceiling, dimmers for the lights and separate switches for each fan.  After they were done with all the little things that I would never have thought of, they gave us a one of a kind patio cover that is all anyone talks about
when they come over.   When we are sitting out on our patio it never fails that some notice the little fit and finish things William did, like making his own trim pieces by hand.  Or the way he created a custom made cover for the exposed conduit so no one would ever even know it?s there.   We spend more time in our backyard now than we do the house.  Thank you William for
everything you did for us.
In the interest of full disclosure, William came highly recommended to us by a good friend and while he wasn?t the cheapest contractor we bid the job out with he was the one that was not only the most responsive but also the one that when you looked him in the eye and spoke with him you knew he was honest.  It may sound old-fashioned, but I base a large part of my decision to hire someone to work on my house and be around my family on how I fell about them after meeting them.  William is good people, he doesn?t dress up and he doesn?t drive a $50,000 truck but what he does do is exactly what he promises to do.  I would not hesitate to hire him again.
