I asked at least a half dozen times for a call before going to the property but never got a call.

The surveyor found the markers for the front of my property but could not find the markers along the back fence line. The existing fence was marked as being 0.5 ft inside my property line. The fence contractor found the marker buried deep exactly where Westar Alamo said it was going to be. This was a very accurate survey. Thank you.

Provider missed appt multiple times without contacting us to let us know. We shifted our schedules multiple times to accommodate only to have a no-show and no phone call. Would not recommend.

Westar Alamo was the only land surveyor that I had contacted that actually called me back when they said they would. Several of the others offered to have someone contact me and they didn't.
They were on time and very efficient. They notified me when they were there, when they needed access to the back yard, and when they were finished with the job. I received a copy of the survey via email about 3 days later, and a nice hard copy about a week later. Their pricing was in line with other companies, but I appreciated that they took the time to call me back, and work with me on setting an appointment for their services. Definitely recommend their services!

Using Angies list I contacted 5 different Survey companies via email. Westar Alamo Land Survey was one of the firms we contacted, and one of the 3 who responded with a quote on price and turnaround time within a few days. They offered the best price (by a good margin) and turnaround time over the other two, and so we picked them. They showed up to do the survey work the next day and completed the job in around 3 hours. I was impressed with the engineer and his assistant both their professionalism and demeanor. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service.

They charge a flat fee for residential property. They did an excellent job. They were very efficient and every quick.
