We Go The Extra Mile

This company is a rip off. My wife and I hired We Go The Extra Mile to perform landscaping work, to include placing river rocks, weed barriers, top soil, grass, and constructing a concrete patio. We provided 80% of the total amount for materials and labor. But, we only received partial and unprofessionally completed work. The contractor placed river rocks, but grass started growing after 2 weeks because the barrier used was of poor quality and the rocks came with lots of dirt. We never received the top soil or the grass. The contractor delivered some material to build the concrete foundation and framed the patio, but the material was not enough and was never compacted and the rebar was not properly tied. When we refused to provide further advances, the contractor removed his tools and equipment from our house and never returned. We called and texted requesting update, but never heard back or saw this contractor. We never received any reimbursement and hired somebody else to fix the mess that "We Go the Extra Mile" left behind.
