They ran an augur in my lines , found nothing and then used a camera to show me it was clear but that I might have a break in the line. To get them to mark the place where the break was it would be another 300 dollars, being disable I think they just wanted to take advantage of me. Anybody used these folks would be throwing the money away. Worse plumbers I have ever dealt with, wouldnt use them if they were free

It was a great experience! They were very nice, very knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves every day, had their work professionally inspected, and provided a 10-year guarantee. Their price was nearly half of what some other companies wanted to charge as well.

Plumbing
We had water on the lower level laundry floor after a shower was taken on the upper floor. We had already had plumbers out two days before for flooding and they found a major blockage and could only get the emergency taken care of. Because it was the first day in the home and everything was in boxes, we couldn't call the home warranty company (they refused to cover it after the fact as that first plumber was not a contracted plumber with their company).
This time, two days later new flooding, we called AHS warranty company and this is who they sent. The guy wanted to re-create the flooding yet again even though we had 3 expensive fans running and damp ceilings! He had to "verify there was a problem". As if anyone would somehow damage their ceilings on purpose and rent fans and then call a plumber out on a lark! Those fanshad been running for two days already to dry out the ceilings and walls from the first flood--I was leaving town the next day and we already knew from the previous plumber the diagnosis. I wouldn't let him run water through the ceilings and walls again.
We asked him to run a camera first. He told us he couldn't do that, as I wouldn't let him run the water and make a new flood! He said that he would have to cut into the ceiling drywall to find out if it was a copper pipe leak or a blockage and loose pipe fitting. Earlier, the warranty company had told me only plumbing was covered, not secondary damage or drywall cutting. It was obvious it wasn't a copper pipe leak, or the water would be there all the time.
I never got an explanation as to why he couldn't run the camera (the least invasive method) first. Finally, he said he couldn't help us and walked off the job. He wouldn't look at the facts and wanted to take the easiest method, but we still would have had to have another plumber run a camera as the blockage was from hard water/calcium deposits plus baby wipes the prior owners had flushed. The guy wouldn't even go to bat for us with the warranty company and recommend the camera as the option, as it was clear there was a plumbing problem. He had to "recreate" the flood, or cut into the drywall--what if he cut the wrong place and kept going? He refused to run the camera and walked off the job. I'm sure he wasn't going to repair that drywall, and neither was the warranty company! That's my next review... American Home Shield and We Fix It Plumbing--F Minus!!

He was very charming and looked very professional. But when they take advantage of not wanting to fix things and want you to buy a new system, I think that is bad. He wanted to sell me a unit. They said they couldn't fix it.
