I used this company from about 2010 to 2015. At first, the technician I was assigned was great. The pool was cleaned professionally on a weekly basis. When that technician was pulled, things started to go downhill quickly. I had many different technicians assigned to my pool over the years with this company. The hardest part was getting the technicians to do the weekly cleaning/pool maintenance properly. Many times technicians would come out, dump the filter baskets, the Polaris bag, add a few chemicals and leave. I would have to call the owner and complain that I wasn't getting what I was paying for. He would send them back out to vacuum. He also put a lockbox on my fence with my gate key, which was fine until I found out that the gate combination had not ever been changed since 2010, even though the technicians changed quite often. To make matters worse, I found out that the combination he used was the same one he used on all of his customers lockboxes. Therefore, any of the technicians, former or present, could get into any customers' yard, as long as there was a lockbox installed. I finally parted ways with Waterworks, and I hired a new company. The new company found out that the chemistry of the water in my pool was so bad that it had to be partially drained (halfway) and refilled, and that the filters had not been properly maintained and cleaned. I spent a lot of money getting my pool back into shape. I would not recommend this company. The owner was nice enough in the beginning, but in my opinion, he didn't provide proper oversight to his technicians, and I got tired of having to constantly observe them and report back to the owner....eventually putting me at odds with him and his technicians.

They identified a material leak. Repaired the issue in a quick manner with utmost professionalism. Communication was great throughout. The team was flexible with our out of town status. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

All said and done, from start to finish it took less than a week and we were swimming in our newly re-surfaced pool.

Some other notable highlights I’d like to share are as follows:

Dan was on site daily overseeing the work as it progressed.

He worked closely with my wife to help her pick out the new tiles.

I was also extremely impressed with Dan because, one day as he was backing out of my driveway he broke one of my driveway markers. He immediately told my wife and said he would replace it and asked if he could take the broken marker with him in order to match it. When he couldn’t find an identical match he came back with TWO NEW driveway markers that were even nicer than the ones I had!!!

On one of the days, Dan, my wife, and I were discussing bar-b-que. I told him that “Rudy’s Bar-B-Que” was hands-down my absolute favorite. I told him that I usually buy “Rudy’s” bar-b-que ‘sause’ by the bottle and put it on other meats, chicken, and even salmon. I told him that I would let him try some but that I was currently out of ‘sause’. To my amazement, Dan showed up the next day with a quart bottle of “Rudy’s Bar-B-Que Sause”!!! This gesture blew me away.

As far as the quality of the work, we couldn’t be happier. The workers were neat in their appearance, worked diligently, cleaned the area up at the end of each day, were polite and answered any questions I had about the process and took time to explain what and why they were doing.

Needless to say, the job came in on-time and on-budget.

Dan was an extreme pleasure to work with from start to finish. I consider him to be a true professional with personality.

Don’t forget to look at my before and after photos and videos.

I only wish I could find contractors with similar qualities for some other projects we hope to accomplish.

Dan Norris, owner of Waterworks and Mark showed up as scheduled, assessed the problem and got right to work.

It took them 5 or 6 days arriving in the morning to check progress and/or treat, brush, backwash, rinse, and set the filter and returned again early evening to once again monitor and do their thing.

They kept on it like white on rice, are geniune, and suit up and show up. Their timeliness was so refreshing - them usually awaiting me.

My pool is gorgeous when once upon a time it was a blooming algae-thick quagmire! I am so proud of myself for choosing Dan's company, (if you haven't gotten that by now) and not being taken in by and quot;the bad guy know it allsand quot;!

When you go looking for pool service - do yourselves a huge favor, call Waterworks - I am now their forever client! AMEN!

Paid him for initial "fix" but he didn't have athe chemicals in his truck to correct problem. Very nice guy but not very knowagable with regards to pool chemistry. If you just need leaves cleaned, his monthly service is probably OK. If you have any issues - forget it. He also increased his price, whi9ch I thought was too high to begin with, after the second month.

When most companies were suggesting that we drain and clean the pool which runs $600-$700 dollars, Waterworks felt confident in using an alternate treatment saving us time and money. They were friendly and professional and the work was completed quickly. Because I had such a great experience, I now refer them to everyone I work with because professionally it reflects positively on my real estate business.
