WASH TUB CAR WASH

My 4Runner was really dirty.  We dropped it off at 9 this morning and told them we would leave it here until 4.  I wanted them to have plenty of time to clean it.  We picked it up at 2.  When I got home, I had to use my Armor All cleaning wipes to clean several areas of my vehicle both inside and out.

I have two sets of floor mats on top of each other to protect the carpet.  They did not bother cleaning the second set underneath, and the carpet was not cleaned very well at all.  The front window on the drivers side had residual spray of some kind on it so I had to clean it off.  They did not vacuum under the seats either.

I paid an extra $49.99 for their granite dressing for the exterior vinyl pieces.  What a rip off.  Looks the same as it did before they applied it.

I did not complain to these people or ask them to finish cleaning my vehicle.  Given I paid $311 to have this vehicle detailed, I should not have to ask for anything.  What ever happened to people taking pride in their work.  The amazing thing is that one of the service managers told me that this location has the best detailers of any of the Wash Tubs.  Hard to believe.

I also had them wash my Venza.  It is one month old so really it was just the outside that needed cleaning.  However, there were watermarks on my car and again, when I got home I had to wipe down two areas inside.

Unfortunately I purchased the annual wash pass for the Venza.  I definitely will not renew it when the time comes and definitely will not use the Bitters location again.
