Warrior insulation

Omar was referred to me by a relative. I called him and he said he would come look at the job. I explained to him that I wanted the roll insulation and not the blown in because I wanted the AC repairman to be able to still walk in the attic and see where the joists were when walking. I told Omar that I wanted the insulation between the ceiling joist. He agreed. When he arrived to do the job, he just laid the insulation on top of the joists covering them all as would have been with blown insulation. I told him that is not what we had agreed on and he said he had another job to go to but he would return later in the week to correct the problem. he requested payment and I paid him trusting him that he would return as promise. He told me he would email me a receipt and papers for a CPS rebate. Well he never did return or email me anything!!! I called him so many times that I lost count. I left him messages and he never returned my calls. I texted, emailed him and no luck. He did the work on February 2020) and to his date I have not heard from him. I am very surprised that Angie's list has him on their list!!! I would never refer him to anyone!!! BEWARE!!!!
