Excellent work. Wade surveyed what was needed and then came back with the necessary tools. The grab bars are extremely secure in the wall studs. The extra bonus was that he cleaned up the areas very nicely! I will definitely be hiring him again for other odd jobs I will be needing to get done.

Wade was great! He was able to fit me in that day between a couple other appointments he had. He came with multiple of parts to make sure he didn’t need to run for extras which was appreciated. His price was fantastic especially since he was able to get me the day I called. The work was done well and he checked in the next day. Would definitely hire again.

Wade was prompt, professional, and friendly. He repaired the weather stripping on three doors, and he fixed my off kilter garage doors which other companies said couldn’t be fixed by anyone but actual garage door specialists. I actually expected him to fix only two doors, but he fixed all three plus both garage doors in much less time than expected. He also charged me the hourly rate instead of the rate for the full day, as originally quoted, because the work went quickly. When the work was done, he walked me from door to door to show me how everything looked to make sure I was happy. He went to great lengths to protect the hardware and blinds on the doors from bumps and scratches, and he cleaned up everything when he was done. He was also patient around my two little kids, one of whom was yelling like a banshee during the last half hour (sorry, Wade!). My husband is a crazy perfectionist and is almost never completely happy when home repair is done- not so this time. My husband has no complaints, only compliments. He was very impressed. We will definitely use Wade again for future home repairs.

I’m a repeat customer. Owning an old home in the downtown area, the upkeep list can become overwhelming. When I have several items, I send to Wade. I realize he’s a one-person operation. He gets back to me within a few days, which I think is very reasonable. This time I had him wash all the outdoor wood window screens to get all the pollen off. And clean the windows. While doing it he found a few that needed repair and he fixed on the spot. On this job I also included faucet/spout cleanings—with the hard water the buildup eventually causes the water to flow wonky. Wade is professional. Does quality work. Price is more than fair. I’ve had so many contractors I have never referred or given repeat business. Yet, I refer Wade to everyone.

Wade was very helpful in explaining different fence types, designs and prices. He then worked with us on the design and made small adjustments along the way that gave us a very nice fence. His prices were good in general and particularly considering he installs quality materials and has good design sensibilities. Wade was friendly, professional, and did a great job. I would undoubtedly hire him again! I hired him to paint and install baseboards in my loft, and patch and paint small holes on my wall. Because my loft was in an older industrial building, the baseboards were not you standard residential types, but Wade located and ordered them very quickly. As soon as they came in, Wade completed the job without wasting time or drawing out the process. At the beginning of the project he gave me an initial quote and the final total amount was actually less! In all aspects of this job Wade overdelivered.
