Wade's Wood Works Inc

It went very well. We've already used them twice. The thing I liked most about him is that he explained very well. He made really good suggestions which we took and he wrote everything out on his contract very exquisitely. I will absolutely use them again in the future; I have his refrigerator magnet on my fridge.

It's my second time to use them and my experience with them was very good. I like them because they did the plan and estimate right with me. They went over everything. They're very professional, and did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves.

It is very difficult to give grades to this work. It all went well at the beginning. He was prompt, courteous, seemed knowledgable. We agreed with him that we wanted the best Architectural grade cedar for our deck. Just like the one we were replacing. Within one month the cedar began to split. I called him immediately. I got no response. I called him 3-4times. When I called, I explained what the problelm was. No response. Nothing. I cannot express my feeling of disappointment. It is great! It has been 9 months. We have many, many splitting boards in our deck. So ugly. I wish we had just left the deck we had. It looked better than this one.

I called Wade probably the end of December. I had to leave a message but he responded pretty quickly. Wade usually does outdoor woodwork like decks and patios. I called him about the last week in December and he said that he could take on the job and that he would call the following Monday to set up a time. He called Monday and we set up for a Wednesday. When the day arrived he called first to say he was on his way and arrived promptly at the appointment time. I believe he had an apprentice with him. They got started. Wade was very patient with the other man. It sounded like he was training him. They got the job done in about an hour. My husband and I were very satisfied with the work. We did have to go back and paint over the filled nail holes (but we knew we would be doing that). All in All we would use Wade again (as we already have). We didn't have a contract in paper only over the phone and he was true to it. For a bigger job (like our previous one) he does do a contract and he is very detailed. Wade's woodworks is a very good and dependable company.

I saw his truck and called him based on the ad on his truck. He came out and looked at our backyard and gave us a quote. My husband talked with him and was very impressed. He came out exactly when he said he would with all the supplies. It only took a few days to get the initial work done, then had to let the concrete harden. He came back again exactly when he said and finished the job quickly. We were very impressed. We asked for steps to be adjusted afterwards and he came back and did that no questions asked. We have referred him to friends since then and they love the work also.

Outstanding punctuality, service, and handiwork from initial quotes to project completion. Always willing to return and touch up items as the customer sees fit.

Overall, my experience of working with him has been great. I was very lucky to find him to do the work. He is very pleasant to work with. I have already hired him for another project.

He removed the jet tub and existing shower in our master bathroom. In that space, he created a large walk-in shower. It was a lengthy process, but he went as fast as he could go. He was very good at keeping the area clean. He is very courteous and trustworthy.

He designed the project and had a lot of great ideas for things we might want to add on, like doors and certain materials. He really listened to what we wanted and created what we wanted perfectly. He is very easy to communicate with.

The metal he used matched the roof of the garage perfectly. We told him what we wanted and he completed it in a timely manner. We love the new carport.

He is very easy to work with. He understands what you want very easily. He provided feedback and gave advice on things we could do to improve the deck and make it better. We are very pleased with the finished product.
