Hired Isaac in Spring 2015 - and at first things were fine.. But during the summer he became more difficult to reach, and would take increasing amounts of time to responds and mow my lawn. Eventually around July he just stopped responding all together leaving me to find someone else in a pinch.

Isaac promised that he would come by and cut my lawn while I was out of town on business. On two separate occasions he promised to cut my lawn and did not show up at all. He never called to tell me he could not make it and I was forced to cut my own lawn during brief trips back to my home. My lawn suffered as a result of his broken promises. If you cannot complete a project you promise to the customer, simply call and explain yourself.

I've noticed a few "F" ratings. In fairness to Isaac I've never had any problems with his service. Quite the contrary I've found him excellent and very reliable. My favored method of contact is text. I've never had him not respond. I do know at one time his phone crashed and had to be replaced. Anyone that has gone through this knows that you loose all your contacts and phone logs. This is the second year that I have used Isaac and do not see a reason to change services.

After multiple calls, txts and emails, I had enough. I attempted to secure long term bi-weekly lawn care for 4 homes I have in the southtown area. Isaac never showed up, didn't call or explain why. I had to call the following day to find out that he was "really sorry" . Like many of you, I'm not here to bash any business or hurt someone or their ratings. I too am a small business owner. However, when we make a plan, go over (extensively) the details, the pay the schedule only to have a no show...it's just very disappointing.

I called this company for lawn care, fertilization, mowing , trimming, and sprinkler maintenance. The owner came to my home and gave me an estimate for regular service, and we agreed that he would start on May 4. So far so good. Then he did not show up or call, still has not, and does not return my calls. I must conclude that he is vey unreliable and unprofessional, and I recommend against anyone calling him for lawn care.

Isaac arrived at the arranged time and gave me a quote to cut and edge my front lawn and my large back yard. I gave him the OK and within the time it would have taken me to get my mower and edger ready (I'm 76 years old) and get started he was knocking on my door saying that they were through. I am very satisfied with the work performed and plan to continue using them.

He is very professional. He cleans up when he's done. Everything is great. He's very quick. He responds to messages all the time. He makes sure you're taken care of. He's polite, too. He cleans after himself. Everything looks really good. I would give A all the way. I would definitely use him in the future.

Isaac has worked on both houses 4 times over the past couple of months. I am grateful for his professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work. Both houses are left in beautiful condition. I would recommend his company to anyone.

We have used the company twice so far. Isaac is great at communicating with us and is very flexible with our schedules. The pricing is very reasonable. He was happy to take care of everything I needed done. I do not have to remind them what needs done each time they have been out. He did a good job. I fired my previous lawn company because they were unreliable. I have had no problem contacting the company and they are very responsive.

I very much enjoyed working with Isaac. I called around lunchtime on Friday and we agreed on him coming to do the work first thing Monday morning. He was right on time and got right to work. His price of $45 every 2-3 weeks (or as needed in the winter) was reasonable, although we agreed that cleaning our driveway (which is very long with several trees hanging over it) would be a little extra going forward because of the amount of time it takes to clean that area. He also gave me a reasonable quote for tree trimming, which we have not moved forward with yet. I appreciate Isaac's responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism. He did a fine job, and I was impressed that he bagged all the clippings and hauled them off.

Isaac came by the same night we called to give us an estimate, and came by as scheduled to provide services the next day. We had just moved in and the lawn was getting quite long. Isaac was friendly, courteous, and reliable.

Arrived on time and started cutting the grass. His equipment was in good shape and cut the lawn professionally. The edging was done exactly as we had agreed upon. Isaac is very meticulous, which I appreciate and is very customer service orientated. I will use him in the future for all my lawn care needs.

I am very glad I found Isaac on Angie's list! I had contacted other services but had no luck, some cancelled, some kept rescheduling, and most of them were unreasonable with prices. When I contacted Isaac he went out of his way to come the same day. He was very professional and communicated from the very beginning. I will definitely be calling him again, and would recommend him over anyone else.

Called Issac Tellez and asked him to give me an appointment for estimate. As luck would have it he was able to come by the next morning. He was on time and personable. Because of the good reviews on Angie's List, my confidence was confirmed by his attitude. The quote for service was reasonable and Issac and his brother Moses was able to get right to the work then and there. Issac checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied. I was and will request their services again.

When Isaac first came to my house I felt I was the embarrassment of the neighborhood. He worked so hard and completed all the task I had asked for. He now comes on a regular schedule and I can't tell you how much I appreciate him. I am now very proud of my lawn and feel it's one if the best if not the best looking yard in the neighborhood. He is very reasonable reliable and trustworthy. I would and have recommended him to my friends. If you need someone do not hesitate to call him.

It looked terrific when they finished. They took many loads of branches from the back yard away and cleaned up well after themselves. Consequently, the backyard looked so much bigger and neater without the overhanging trees and bushes taking up my yard space.The mowing and edging and shaping of bushes really made the front yard look well kept and attractive.

I found Isacc on Angie's List gave him a call scheduled a time to meet and discuss what I wanted done. He gave me a reasonable price. We scheduled the job for July 7. They came out and did a fabulous job for the price quoted. The yard looked fantastic after they were finished. I will definitely be using them again.

It went great, got it cut Wed. 2 days earlier than expected. Isaac originally stated that he would be able to get to this lawn on Friday (if we agreed on a price). I guess once he looked at the length of the grass, he decided to get on it that day. We have set up a two week maintenance.

It was great. Isaac was professional, courteous, and was receptive to special instructions.

Isaac responded within an hour of my call. He was not available same day, but, was worth the wait. He made himself available the following day to provide an estimate and service. He provided great advice on the maintenance and care of our lawn and how to regrow areas that were dying. Isaac is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly cares. We went through two other services and selected this company to be our provider.

Owner was professional, courteous and able to provide service on same day that I called him for a reasonable price. Did a great job.

The main job was to clean up and remove all the weeds from the flower beds and cut the grass in my back yard. The owner of the company was professional and honest since the beginning. At the time of the estimate, he suggested different options to meet my budget. He did the job on the scheduled day and did his best to bring back my back yard to an acceptable appearance. After doing the job, he even came back to spray the weeds again a couple of days after the service.
