VCA Oak Hills Animal Hospital

I had been going to them for 10 years. Because I had been going to them for so long, I didn't even have to show up. I was out of town and my renter took him in. I called from another city. He was under the system in my name and I paid for it over the phone. 

A few years ago I had a cat that was really sick. I took him in there. They also had shuttle my cat into the emergency vet overnight for three days. The vet on call would pack him up and take him over there so he could be monitored all night. He would pick him up in the morning and take him back. I was so blown away at that. 

They are expensive, but I think every vet is.

They have great follow up. Very friendly and empathetic.

I got a discount because he was there for four weeks. It was about $900. My experience with them has been excellent. I use them for examinations and for boarding. The staff is excellent. I see one of the doctors, Dr. Tschirhart, and I'm very pleased with the service they provide.

They’re good.  It’s easy to get an appointment there.  They are good with follow ups.  We would give them the top rating on everything they’ve done for us with the cat.  They do a few other things but they’re not big into grooming.  They have packages for their services.

This was the most pleasant experience I have had at a vet office since I can remember. Everyone was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. The waiting room is very spacious and has everything you need including a place to charge your cell phone! I can't say enough good things about VCA Oak Hills. They have many ways to help you take good care of your pet even on a budget. Give them a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

They kind of pressured us into things that I wasn't sure we needed. I chose them because they were close and convenient. I was however happy with the service.

The staff at VCA Animal Hospital-Oak Hills were very friendly and fast considering I'm from out of town The Vet that we saw did an excellent job explaining what was going on with my dog. I was treated perfectly and I'm definitely putting their name and phone number on my phone in case i need a vet again when I'm in San Antonio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are great with the animals. The only issue I have is I feel like they try to upsell packages that my wife and I feel like we didnt need. The last time we went in they changed the vet that was suposed to work with us the day before a long weekend without letting us know. I was just kinda disapointed.

HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. THE VETERINARIANS ARE EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF IS GREAT. NOT ONLY IS EVERYONE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT THEY ARE CARING AND HELPFUL.
