Upon initial entry everything was fine. As soon as I checked in they began to offer me other service since I only wanted the free exam. I was told their fecal test was $57 per puppy and was offered a discount since I had 2. The price was ridiculous for just one dog. I was then told they have a special location they send there labs and get better results that is why is cost so much. I am unsure who they were comparing the service to because they had no clue who my vet is or how they process their labs. I arrive 15 minutes early to do paperwork and still waiting 40 minutes before we were called to the back. Another client came in approximately 20 mins after me and was called back right before me. When we finally went back the nurse had a couple of unnecessary comments in reference to the kennel I used to bring them in, putting them on a leash and forcing one out the kennel. I know what I am doing and am training my dogs how I choose to and I felt her remarks where condescending with a nice tone. She then proceeded to tell me they could give the puppies one shot since it was too soon for others and I explained I only want the exam. She then left the room and said the vet would be right with me. 15mins later I was still waiting. In 8 years of taking my other pet to the vet I have never waited an hour and had still not be seen! I don' t know if they felt I could wait since I was getting a free service or what but it was absolutely ridiculous. When I asked the lady upfront I was told 2 vets were there but there were with other pets and she didn't know how much longer it would be. I finally left and will never return. Not worth the trouble for an exam, wait for your own vet if you are offered the free exam with the adoption of a puppy. It is just a way to lure you in to be their client and charge you outrageous prices.

I have been there once. They seem to be nice and the staff seem to be nice. Their prices are high like everywhere else. The staff seem to be responsive and willing to help. I went there because my other vet did not have the prescription diet my cat needs on hand and they do. Instead of giving them advance notice to ship it out I sometimes forget and so I go there. They also had good reviews on Angie's List and that kind of helped me to go there. My main complaint about them would be their high price on dental cleaning. I might go there again for her teeth cleaning and that happens only once a year. The quality of work is good. They seem to be very thorough and it ultimately comes down to what you are willing to pay for. They got us right in and they were responsive. They kept me waiting for a while with my appointment.

Dr. Sartor and all of the Drs and staff strive to provide the best in customer service and care. Ask as many questions as possible (think about the visit before hand if you can). What options (if any are available)? What should you expect from the treatment/medication? They encourage you to become as informed about your pet's condition and treatment as you can be. This is a good group.

Le Anne is the groomer, and we love the work she does. I dropped Lucy off at 8:30 am and had her back by noon. We usually go over what I like and I show Le Anne a picture. She does a professional job, and really likes the dogs.

Ralfie, the dog, is so much healthier than when we adopted him. He enjoys his food and has quit drooling. Dr. Neill Walker was pleasant and professional. He seems to really care for the animals. I would say the procedure was a success.

We took Lucy, our newly adopted rescue dog, for her first visit. Dr. Gary Sartor and his staff were amazingly friendly and took an abundant amount of time to answer all of my questions as Lucy was our first dog in over 25 years. They offered several proactive, preventative suggestions such as a stool test for intestinal parasites, and they also treated Lucy for an ear infection. They also did a complete orthopedic exam for our pet insurance company which she passed with flying colors.

I've been in with my puppies 3 times now. I was very pleased with Dr. Sartor and his staff. They were patient with me as a new dog owner and offered proactive suggestions. They are all very friendly and the facility is very clean. The staff has also been good about reminding me when the next appointment is and I have always been able to schedule appointments when I needed them.

I have been taking my five indoor and one outdoor cats there for many years. I like them because they take good care of pets. Another thing I like about them is that there is no need for appointment. The price includes the medications too. I do think that what they charge is too high.

Animal Health Associate Veterinarian Clinic was great with our dog. The staff was nice & the kennels were clean. We have used a lot of different kennels from the area & these guys were one of the best. We were very happy with them.

Animal Health Assoc Veterinarian Clinic really cares for the animals that they treat. I was very pleased with them. They were very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They were also easy to deal with. I have been using them since 1983. They have very fair pricing. We wouldn't use anyone else.

The staff overall is pleasant. The veterinarian tried to sell us on several hundred dollars worth of additional services, but seemed knowledgeable and thorough.
