They responded quickly when I contacted them. The price was fair, the work was good and done quickly, and they acted with integrity. I accidentally wrote them a check for about $300 more than what they quoted me. I never would have noticed, but he immediately brought it to my attention that I was overpaying him. Great company with good people that I highly recommend!

I called to make an appointment to get a quote and assess any other needs. Visente Klassen, owner of V & M Garage Door Services, planned to come on Friday, but called on Thursday and was in the area--that was great for us. We agreed on the work that needed to be done and a reasonable price. We tentatively scheduled the work, because he had to confirm that he could get the smaller 3 panel door we needed. Viscente called back within the hour and confirmed the date and time. He was on time, courteous and professional, as was his associate Byron. The doors look great, work beautifully. We are very happy with him and his products and installation. I will gladly recommend him.

I submitted a request in Angie’s list and got a call within 2 minutes of hitting submit when our 20+ year old garage door opener stopped working. Within seconds I got a quick diagnosis. As expected, we needed a new one. We scheduled the new install and it was done as promised, and works perfectly for the promised amount. I didn’t have to do anything. Great communication. I have already gotten estimates and discussed figure jobs (the other opener, replacing the doors, etc.). Great experience!

Vincent and company showed up and fixed our garage door. Same day service, agreed to show up as soon as he finished doing a full install about 20 minutes away. Service was quick, professional, and most importantly, done right. Price was competitive compared to quotes from others

Called was here within 15 mins total time to repair door was a little over 30 minutes. Made sure everything was working right. Very thankful to have gotten it fixed on short notice being that the door would not close.

My garage door failed with both cars inside. I could not get the door open (spring and cables broke). I called Vincent around 4:00 p.m.. He was finishing up another job and said he could be here as soon as that job was completed. He and his partner arrived within an hour and had the work done within 45 minutes. They could not have been more responsive or professional. They even gave me some hints for regular maintenance of the door. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again when I need work related to my garage door.

It was very good. They informed me about the fact that the spring that had been replaced before was broken. I thought these guys are pretty good.

10 out of 10 rating. Very satisfied. Upon the need to redo my outdoor keypad he was there within 2 hrs to help me change the code. I would hire him again.
