Great experience. John is very attentive to project needs.

We had a new roof installed, a chimney resided, a window replaced and our home repainted. SA Premier had its supply shortage challenges during this pandemic, weather delays and a window delay too, and an unforeseen hiccup or 2 not related to weather or supply issues, but despite it ALL, John and his crew were incredible! We applaud their professionalism, their ability to pivot, and above all their patience and perseverance throughout the project. John, the owner, is a gem. My grandfather was a contractor for 60 years and John possesses old fashioned reliable work ethics that stand the test of time. If we could give more than 5 stars, we gladly would.

Generally this roofer did a good job. They removed all the old roof (previous roofers did not) and installed a great looking roof in its place. We did have a couple of leaks a year later. The roofers came back, repaired those sections, and repainted damaged areas inside the home.

We hired another company that messed our roof and then we called Premier roofing to fix it. Which they did.

Painless experience. SA Premier was one of the first to respond to my request for a new roof and after the initial inspection I knew they were the right choice to go with. John M. is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and flexible and was able to quickly assess and get my roof replace. Whether it was working with the insurance company or providing the clearest details about the work needing to be done he really made it a painless and simple process. Also, kudos to the work crew who finished a new roof all in one day tear down and install, I got home as they were leaving and it looks great and so far has worked well. Would recommend.

Communication was 1st and foremost with John Mora! Never kept me waiting, explained work to be done, always answered my questions via text or phone. He was very professional and backed his word with the finished product! Zero regrets!!

From start to finish everything went well. I was given 2 brochures with real shingle colors and warranty information beforehand. Everything was explained to me in detail and the quote given was very competitive. They are a full service company so I had some rotten wood replaced/painted and gutters installed to a section of the roof where a large amount of water always drains from. Best of all no money required until the job(s) were complete. All questions were answered in real time and I was treated with dignity and respect. Highly recommended.

This company is the best. We had our roof replaced 5 years ago by someone else and had a terrible experience! It could not have been more difference this time. Communicated every aspect of the job and was able to answer any questions in detail. All work was completed on time and on budget. Roofing had been damaged by hail. Alison required some wood replacement and complete painting.

We got six quotes on replacing our tile roof that had the underlayment replaced with Boral underlayment just six years earlier, and we had problems ever since with leaks, rotting fascia, and critters. SAPremier fixed everything and completed an exceptional installation of our new metal roof. Mr. Mora, one of the owners, met with us initially, and was onsite often. His crews were professional and polite. Not our cheapest quote, but I learned my lesson. It was worth every penny for the quality they delivered and the peace of mind we gained.

John and his crews did an excellent job on my old house. All new fiber board siding, new composite shingle roof, installed ridge vent, gutters on the front, and painted the entire house. This old house is now brand new. They did the work they said they would do, and they did it when they said they would. The project took about two weeks. I checked on the house every couple of days, and John kept me up on the status. Anytime I pointed out something I did not like or was concerned about (a few minor issues), it was handled immediately. I have only used one other contractor, to do work on my other house, and it was a nightmare! During the project, they keep asking for part of the money, and some days, never showed up. I will be using John in the future to correct some things the other contractor did wrong. Never once was I asked for partial payment. John was always professional and polite. Thank you SA Premier, your doing business the way it should be done.

SA Premier did a great job putting on a new roof and they even repaired some rotted trim. The guys worked hard to pick up all the nails, etc. and protected all of my many plants around the house.
