Horrible experience. The man (Gino Cedillo) did not plan his job very well. When it came time for the final payment, I told him that I will gladly give the final draw once work is fully complete per the contract. He wanted the last draw upfront and I told him this is not the way it works. He was trying to scam more money out of me. Turns out that out of all the money I had already given him, he hadnt even paid his workers. The workers came by my house later and asked if I know where the contractor (Gino Cedillo) was beacuse he still owed them $2000. He had not been paying them - and the whole time he had been requesting draws from me to pay them. The guy (Gino Cedillo) is just a liar. I caught him in so many lies. He told me he had to fire the workers because they were working on another job at my site. I later found out that this was not the case. They werent even being paid by the contractor the whole time, so they just up and left (who can blame them!) Please beware if you ever have a job done by this guy. The bathrrom shower was not even installed correctly. (No hot water, spout is loose) The bathroom floor was not finished. I had to do that on my own. The deck looks good, but there are still loose boards and it is not ven built to city code. He never got a permit from the city either to do all the work. He is just not the kind of person you want to work with, BE WARE OF THIS GUY!
