When he arrived he opened the filter and drained the water from the filter. He dumped the filter in the trash and said that it was not working due to it being dirty. He left and said it was fixed and charge me $70.00. I went to start the washer and it was still doing the same thing- it wouldn't drain the water. I called him back and he wanted to charge me $85.00 just to come back out again. I don't agree with this because he never fixed the issue the first time and still wanted to charge me more. He tried to tell me it was the water pump and would cost $150. I looked up the water pump online and it was $50. I called him again to tell him I didn't agree with this after looking up the pump and he hung up on you.

Universal Appliance Service did a good job. I was satisfied with the service that they provided to me. It was a job I needed done right away and they did an excellent job of accommodating me in that manner. The serviceman was very polite and able to get the washing machine problem cured in no time. He explained what needed to be done and what their cost would be. The machine works now and that's what I wanted. I was pleased they could take care of that for me.
