The service went fine.  The provider fit our smaller job in when he had the earliest availability and my schedule was flexible so this worked fine for us.  The crew arrived and had the job completed in 3-4 hours.  They cleaned up after themselves and moved some of the furniture back in place for us which was nice.  They missed a small piece of wall that was hard to see since it was around the window hidden by the shutters, but Lawrence agreed to come out after work to fix it with no problem which is greatly appreciated.  Overall they did a great job and were very reasonably priced. I would use them again if I need any painting in the future!

He did a really good job.  He painted a room that was dark blue to a light pink and you can't even tell it was blue.  Also he did some painting in a room that had a pool table in it and there were scratches and a whole on the wall and he offered to paint and plaster this for me.  He's very professional and left the area clean as if there was nobody ever there working.

The painter explained exactly what needed to be done and even made suggestions as to how we could lower our cost.  He started the job very promptly and finished ahead of schedule. Excellent work and professionalism.  I would highly recommend (and have already referred him to others).

I scheduled a day for him to give me a quote. He came out within a couple of days.The price was a good price for the area that needed to be painted. He scheduled to come out Wednesday but was able to come out a day earlier, which was better for me. They were prompt, clean and did a wonderful job! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional.

It went great!  They were on time, efficient and very competent.  They went out of their way to get the job done quickly to meet my schedule and they were very pleasant and very professional.  They did beautiful work and  I definitely plan to use them again.

At the last minute we decided to repaint the house before listing it to sell.   I'm a perfectionist and pleasing me is difficult but Unified Painting exceeded my expectations.  They came with a crew of four painters and immediately got to work.  Not a spec of paint anywhere it wasn't intended! I just put down new carpet so I looked very carefully!  
I kept adding walls and things to do and they never grumbled.  I have had painters come before and was so unhappy I have done most of my own painting for the last several years.  No more...I will call Unified....Amazing work at a very reasonable price.
Goodness, Lawrence even meet me on a Sunday to get the paint because he wanted a perfect match and knew I needed the job done Monday.  He spent over two hours working with the paint department to get the exact colors.  Can't say enough wonderful things about this company.  Once he and his crew left all the mess left with them - not a single sign they were there -- with the exception of my perfectly painted walls!

Both my wife and I waited for him to arrive at the house. We got there at 7pm and left at 7:50 pm when he failed to arrive at the agreed upon time or call me to say he would be late or anything.
We will look again for another painter.

Lawrence and his crew were exceptional. They were very detail oriented; provided exceptional quality work; and they were meticulous in preparing the area before painting (plastic coverings and tape). Lawrence was very thorough in spot checking all painted areas. Lawrence is very professional, extremely dedicated to his craft and he provides the very best painting quality I have ever seen. I highly recommend Lawrence to anyone who needs a professional painting service at a very reasonable price. This man is the real deal!

I am an interior designer. I first hired Lawrence approximately one and a half years ago for my own foyer. Once I saw his work, I hired him for all of my painting projects for clients. He is detail oriented, very neat and works h****** each project. He has done outside fence staining as well as interior work. He is polite, he shows up on time and does a great job.

Lawrence is meticulous, neat, trustworthy, and dependable.  We found him through our decorator last year, and used him again this year and have also given him as a reference to several people.  He is a really nice guy and we really feel comfortable trusting him; we trusted him to complete my daughter's room when no one was at home. You really can't ask for a better painter. He hunts down areas that need touch-up, and he will stay and finish touch-ups you find without even a hint of attitude.  His lines and cut-ins are exactly what you want, especially if you are painting your walls a dark color, as we did.  He also does a great job of cleaning up, moves or protects the furniture impeccably, and will help you pick out your color if desired.  Cost of paint was not included in his estimate (I did include in the above cost); but he will buy it for you at his contractor cost.  You may be able to find a less expensive painter in San Antonio, but you could not find one who charges the same or less who does a better job.  His price is very reasonable, and his work is exceptional.  One thing to be aware of; because he currently works alone, one-room jobs will likely take a full day (8 hours); multiple rooms multiple days.  The most recent job took 4 days total (we have a large bathroom, and it included a hallway and water closet). When he did our large living area, he did have help. We really like Lawrence and will continue to use him as our painter in the future! 

I was very pleased with Mr Schudy's work.  He was effeciant and very clean.  Kept his work area tidy and finished on time.  He is truly an artist at work!  I am using his services again to paint the exterior of my home.  I give his work an A+!

Lawrence did a great job. He is very professional, trustworthy, and so nice.  He's quite a perfectionist.  We had our entire house interior painted and looks very, very nice.  I'd hire him again to do interior painting.  He understood what/how we wanted the rooms painted and did a marvelous job.  I don't think there's a better painter our there!  He did a great job cleaning up the work area.  We couldn't be happier with his work.

Lawrence is friendly, professional and punctual.  He does excellent work that you rarely see these days.  My decorator says he is the only painter that is as good as she is and the only one she will recommend for her clients.  He left no messes and cleaned up everything.  He is very trustworthy, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home.  His work is beyond excellent.  He gives you the paint at his contractor's cost and does not up the price to the customer.  I am truly delighted with his work.
