This was the company used by the inspection company I used to check for termites. The inspection was thorough and a quote was given on the treatment that they would do. The gentleman told me to get other quotes and let him know how he could help. I got one other quote and it was about $200 more. They trenched the whole perimeter and added their product. The other company said the product was a good product and was very surprised by the price difference. He also went into the house and treated the bathroom areas. He was very nice and was there early and worked with me when I tried to pay with cash and had to search for exact change. But he was a little humored by it.Overall the experience was great.

Prompt, professional, addressed any concerns, answered questions. Will be a repeat customer. Price very competitive. They warranty the work for 90 days. They are family operated and in the neighborhood.

Had then do a termite inspection and it came up clean. He was very courteous. Have him coming to do a yard and house spray and he has been very professional / responsive / and flexible. Good service. Depending on how he does tomorrow I'll sign him up for a quarterly spray.

They were very polite and very punctual. They took care of all of our problems and the service was great.

U.S. Pest Wood Destroying Insect inspection did not identify obvious termite activity leading to extensive damages to home structure. On 1/31/06 U.S. Pest conducted a wood destroying insect inspection on our home as part of the purchase contract financed through the V.A. They found no evidence of termites. Finding evidence of termite activity missed by U.S. Pest, our realtor requested a re-inspection by U.S. Pest, conducted on on 2/3/06 and identifying active termites at an exterior wall. Neither inspection identified a bulge at the corner of the dining room side of the kitchen sink wall with mud visible through the blistered paint, evidenced in photographs of the area taken at the time of the home purchase in 2006 and then again in 2007. On 5/13/11 Terminex identified this area as the origination cite for long-standing termite activity resulting in over $10,000 in structural damages to our home, which was not covered by home-owners insurance. In Feb 2012 U.S. Pest inspected the home but refused to provide any compensation for these losses. U.S. Pest also refused to respond to Better Business Bureau investigation resulting in a current BBB rating of and quot;Dand quot;.

They do a fabulous job. They are flexible on time and very friendly. I was able to ask them on some other things like their various product offers. Mostly they are very flexible on time and very friendly.

They have been wonderfully responsive to all our needs. The company has always done a great job of working with our schedule and being available in a timely fashion. Wendall has done a great job of listening to our concerns and making sure that all our pest issues are addressed. The few times we inadvertantly had other people at our house or working in the yard where spraying needed to be performed, he was very accomodating, returning on a different a day with no extra charges or complaint. If we note any pest issues between scheduled visits, they are very quick to return for additional treatment - free of charge. Each member of the company we have worked with has been very friendly and professional. Overall, we have had a great experience with the company.

Everyone is very friendly and willing to talk with me in the phone. They are extremely reasonable. I think that they are the cheapest in town.

U.S. Pest showed up when at time specified Eli was very polite and did a professional job he was in and out no contracts, and you still get a 90 day warranty.
