The cleaning was good, but unfortunately there was a lack of respect for us, the clients. In tone and in unapproved up-charge, which we were notified of after the cleaning. We may have agreed to it, but a different amount must be discussed with the client in advance. We have always been generous with bonuses. We will pay the unapproved charge, but we will be looking for a new cleaning company.

Angelica of U B Lazy has been cleaning for us for about 6 months now. She is outstanding in every aspect of her work. She works very hard and cleans our house the way I would clean our house.
