Regular cleanings are always consistent.  The deep cleaning allows the team to maintain the home in top shape throughout the rest of the year.  We have large dogs that shed and when the team finishes, you can't even tell that a dog lives in the house.  They pay attention to the details and are thorough in their process.  I'd recommend that when the team comes, you have already "picked up after yourself", put things away, etc so they have maximum surfaces to clean.

Alicia, Jorge and their crew have been cleaning for us  for over a year now so I can vouch for their consistency and quality.
In the past other cleaning companies have broken or ruined the finish on many of my household items so I was dreading attempting to find help with house cleaning again.
Twin's is always very careful and conscientious. I have indoor cats and they are extremely mindful of them and it's a real pain to work around since I have to keep certain cats separate from one another or they fight.
Twins is easy to work with. There are certain things I'm more fussy about than others so they have tailored their cleaning around focusing on those cleaning details that are most important to me.
They are genuine people who take pride in what they do and as a smaller company you don't get the inconsistency in work that you get with larger companies that have different people show up all the time.

Two people come and they clean the whole house. They clean the fans and blinds, everything and they are here for about 3 hours every three week. They do a good job and they don’t stand around talking to each other or go out and take a smoke, they just clean the house. I don’t feel like I am over paying. They are professional and they bring in supplies and the leave the cleaning clothe here and I laundry them so they never use anything that is used in anyone’s house. There will call and tell ahead of time if they will be late. It is a family owned company and they have a great number of people from the family working.

It took me hiring and firing about 4 house cleaning services before I finally found Alicia and Jorge.  They started cleaning our home about 6 years ago.  They clean EVERYTHING!!  I have never seen two people who take such pride in their work as they do.  I trust them 100% in my home (which was a challenge for me in the past with other house cleaning services).  Even my dogs love them!  I have never once been disappointed in their work.  They are always very accommodating, respectful, professional and friendly.  About two years ago we moved to a new house that was a little farther away and I was worried that they wouldn't be able to clean our new house.  Fortunately, we were able to work out a schedule and I am so thankful.  I feel very lucky to have found them and hope we have many more years together.

Things went very well. Alicia was able to fit us into her schedule in about a week. They arrived at agreed on time, started right to work, and worked steadily and thoroughly until finished and our house really sparkled.

They are like a family, they do everything that is asked, and i trust them with my home.

They do a fantastic job!  They are very thorough in handling the bi-weekly cleaning (dust, vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms, kitchen).  For example, they don't just dust around knick knacks I have sitting on shelves, they pick things up and dust under them.  They are careful with the breakables.  Twins has a system for addressing other tasks to ensure the house is really clean.   For example, ceiling fans never show any dust and the ceiling light fixtures are kept clean and sparkling.  Bottom line, the house looks and smells great after they have been here. 

In addition to the wonderful job they do, Twins House Cleaning Service is very reliable.  In the several years I have been a customer, they have never missed an appointment.  They are easy to work with and have been flexible to my schedule when needed. They do a good job taking care of things we don't have time for: cleaning bathrooms, cleaning floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the patio as needed. We have been using them for over 2 years. They are friendly and efficient and send two or three people.

I have use this company for about 5 years and they are truly outstanding. They arrive on time, very professional in appearance and take their job serious. Usually 2-3 people come each week and spend around 3.5 hours cleaning the house of about 2200 sq feet. They vacuum and mop the floors -  i have 3 dogs and 2 cats and there is always plenty of hair to pick up; dust down all the furniture and ceiling fans, as well as oil the wooden pieces; clean the bathrooms. They are meticulous in everything they do. Overall, they do a fantastic job.
They will adjust their schedule to meet any special requirements or changes you might have.

Twins House Cleaning Service has been cleaning our 2200 sq. ft. house every other week since 2007. They have a large family and, almost always, it's one or two family members who do the cleaning. They're friendly, honest, energetic, responsible, and have a great customer service attitude. We love the feel of our house when they're through cleaning it.

I have used their services since 2008, beginning with a deep cleaning and they have maintained that well by cleaning every 2 weeks.
They are trusworthy and responsible.  They have the key to my house and they are good with my 2 dogs, greeting them and then letting them out into the yard or into the garage on a bad weather day.  The dogs create extra cleaning challenges but Jorge and Alicia have not complailned. 
I would hate to have to change to another service.

We have consistently been very pleased with the service for 4 years.  We first used them to clean a house we were selling.  We wanted it "show ready" for the prospective buyers.  And it was!  We sold the house in 3 days with 3 offers.  We then hired them to do bi-weekly service on our new home.  They are extremely professional, 100% reliable, and flexible when we need to change our normal cleaning day to another day whenever the need arises.  
Alicia & Jorge also request a check written to the company, "Twins Housecleaning" and the team wears logo'd shirts upon arrival.  Very professional!  Therefore, you know that you are dealing with people who are serious about their business because it is a REAL business, not just someone wanting to be paid cash under the table.  They are a wonderful family of people who I have no issue allowing into my home at any time.  They employ very few people, most being family.  Therefore, we see the same faces every time we are home when they are working. That is important to us.
You will not be disappointed.  Once you begin to use their services, you will not ever need to look for anyone else.  We are 100% satisfied.  I wish every contractor we have encountered were as consistent, reliable, thorough and professional as Alicia, Jorge, and their team.

Twins House Cleaning has been cleaning my house for almost 3 years. My entire experience with them has been outstanding. They do a great job cleaning, are dependable and reliable, and extremely honest. They have found everything from change to rings and make sure I recieve them. Every cleaning day when my husband arrives home from work he comments how great the house looks. I am fortunate to have found them.

The job took very long time, house was quite dirty and hadnot been cleaned for a long time. the twins group did an excellent job even when it got late they stayed to finish.  I would not have been surprised if they had left sooner the job was more than I thought. When they were through the house was cleaner than it was before the family had first moved in.  I hope they will come back to help me with my own house.

Came and cleaned entire house. Lots of nicknats big rec room and fans and 2 bath rooms. 3 bed rooms to dust vacuum and large family room. Very satisfied. Very friendly and efficient . Will continue to use once a month!

Initially, they came in and did an extensive cleaning throughout the home. It took about 5-6 hours. They clean everything to include the top of ceiling fans to hard to get places restricted by furniture. They dusted everything in the house, vacuum and mopped every floor. They are efficient in utilizing their time and each member knows their job. They are courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them. I'm moving to a new house and they are coming w/ me.

Obviously, this is alot to accomplish in three hours. Usually there are 2-3 people. They are quiet and fast and methodical--quick to go back if they notice something that's not up to their high standards. I have had some great help over the years but the Diaz family business is superior. It is always a pleasure to be around them. They have never missed a day in two years which says a lot about how dedicated they are to their customers. For anyone concerned about their pets, they have been very sweet to mine and understand they are part of the family.
