Got a call prior to original appt time... I asked to reschedule... They did it with no problem. Guys showed up on time.. Prepped and protected the other surfaces very well.. Then cleaned up very well. I had a small leak which would have affected the finish before it dried so he McGyvered up two water bottles and some tape to direct water right into drain when water was turned back on... Great job!

The crew was on time, professional and experienced. They did an excellent job.

I would have given them a much higher rating if they would have done the two bath tubs i hired them to do right the first time. The man was two hours early, so i wasn't ready. Then he came in and did such a bad job i had to have them come back and redo each tub. Of course this was extremely inconvenient as not once but twice we could use either shower for over 24 hours not to mention the smell of the process is terrible, so we had a double dose. He also got over spray on the brand new granite floor, which he was able to get off.... when he returned. He also sprayed over the chalking around part of the tub, even after i asked him if he was going to remove all of it from around the tub.

Eric was extremely polite and explained everything to me. He did a great job of cleaning up. The tub looks wonderful.

There was pieces of lint and dust all throughout the tub and surround around area. I did not pay them cuz it was a very poor job. They r suppose to come back and fix it. There was also polyurethane sprayed on my freshly painted bathroom cabinets :-(. Not a good experience.

Late. Didn't call. Wasn't going to call until the morning of to change appt. I had to call when they didn't show up. A friend tried to use them they stood her up 4 times. Work is acceptable but definitely struggle with scheduling.

He was a half an hour late but called to explain why (caught in traffic) and that I appreciated. Did a great job and explained the process very well to me. Be prepared for the smell...it can be overpowering. Would recommend this company to friends

Did great work, very quickly. Price beat any other estimate we had. I would note that this is a toxic process inside your house and my wife was pregnant so she had to leave completely for the entire day. The smell is very strong for about 24 hours without proper ventilation.

There was some overspray on our tile and a few spots that didn't get covered well enough, but they came out and cleaned up the over spray and did another coat. It looks beautiful!
