Tub-Man Bathtub Refinishing

After talking with Rachel I felt confident they could fix me up. They came out and did a free estimate and came out 2 days later to do the work. The tub came out wonderful. I am very pleased with it! I like the fact they offer a warranty. What I don't understand is if the customers in previous reviews called them about the warranty if the refinishing didn't take. I feel certain this company stands by their work and I had no problems with them contacting me. I highly recommend them!!

The contractor did a good job resurfacing the tub and also a very good job with ventilation (while doing the work) and with clean-up. A couple of months later, we noticed that in four separate areas, the coating had chipped or discolored. After two attempts to contact them, Scott came out and said they would repair the tub (they provide a 5-year warranty). We made three separate appointments for the repairs and they were a no-show on all three. And only before one of the scheduled visits did they contact us. On the other two, we heard nothing. Extremely poor service after the sale.

Scott came and spent about an hour and a half scrapping off the old finish and caulk. His employee Juan came the next day and spent several hours working on refinishing the tub. He had a large exhaust fan that vented the fumes outside so the smell that evening was minimal. The tub is greaming and looks better than new! Excellent service from start to finish and both Scott and Juan were great to work with. I would definitely recommend this company and this process. It would have been much more costly to rip out the old tub and install a new one. Tom G.

The work didn't really last after about a year. It looked great after they did the work.

Scott and his assistant arrived on the agreed upon date. They did an excellent job. I had my doubts that the tile would ever look clean again. They worked very hard and in about eight hours the tile looked better than it had in years. If you need help with cleaning tile this company is your answer!

He arrived on time, stripped my tub (which had been poorly refinished by previous owner), refinished it and was in and out in 6-7 hours. He was able to salvage my existing drain and overflow cover. He was careful to exhaust fumes and protect my floors as he moved in and out of the house. Gave us the best price plus a military discount on top of it. Looks great.

Called and spoke to Rachel, who explained how the process worked, what we needed to do in advance. Made appointment for the work to be done. Scott arrived on time, again explained everything after examining the tub and tile. He did a very good job; he was meticulous in keeping the site clean and picked up, finished when he said he would, charged what Rachel had quoted over the phone, was friendly and professional. Would hire him again! The tub and tile are gleaming, shining white! Not 1963 baby blue...Yea!!

I was unsure whether to have the chip in my porcelain tub repaired or to have the entire tub refinished. Scott gave me the pros and cons to each method and answered all my questions. He was very polite, on time and did a very good job. He also made sure, I know how to care for the refinished tub properly.
