Great fantastic

It was good. We've been with their company for 14 years. They were pretty reliable. We never had any issues with them.

It was very good. I used them for many years. We never had a problem with pest. They were friendly, courteous, and ontime.

First few months it was okay then a new woman manager took over the office. The exterminator that serviced our home no longer used the chemicals to treat the problems we were having so when he came we were using our chemicals. We had paid for a year in advance and could not get out of the contract. The new manager, Valarie, was extremely rude and made no effort to understand that we as senior citizens had made a $1000. Investment to solve a problem she apparently didn’t care to follow up on. We also received a bill for service and when the Dallas office called to apologize because they made an error, she promised to have someone contact us about the problems we have encountered in November and we have yet heard from no one. I would not recommend this company to no one.

They had trouble eliminating ants, but came back and sprayed again.

They have good customer service, are friendly, respectful and honest. He did a good job.

John Weber is the owner and operator of Truly Nolen. I have been engaged with him since we moved into this house for at least 5 years now. He has been handling our pest control here. He is doing such a great job that he is expanding and he can’t handle this part of his territory anymore. So, he sent out another guy to my house this last time. The guy who came told me that he would be taking over John’s territory. I was very happy with John and he had to send someone else once in the past too. Eventually he had to come back because the guys that he had subcontracted didn’t do a good job. Then he came back and did it for another year. He has got another guy now that he is trying out. I intend to call him to say that if he can’t handle it personally, then I may have to seek out somebody else. I was really happy with his work. He does what you want. If you ask him to spray the threshold or the inside or just the windows, he will do what you ask him to do without killing the plants with the pesticides. However, I can’t really blame the last guy who came out because it was his first time, but I noticed a lot more bugs inside the house. I told them that I don’t want bugs inside my house. If it doesn’t accomplish whatever the pest control guy does, then he fails. If he doesn’t meet my purpose for engaging him, then he is not doing his job. I am going to give that guy who came out a second chance. If I am still not happy, I will tell John that if he and his wife can’t do it themselves, then I would try some other company.

Called on a Saturday afternoon and he arrived within two hours. He was very thorough about looking at the entire premises for ants. He sprayed inside and out, as well as baited. We have not seen any ants since then!

He is very thorough and reliable. He is personable and seems to be very honest. I recommend him to anyone.
