"This review is egregiously and factually false. We are a family owned and operated company in business since 2013 and currently have close to 300 recurring monthly customers. As explained to you through documented text the program we use for our reports is Skimmer. The way this program works is the technician opens the app, adds in what was performed during service and takes a photo within the app. There is physically not a way to insert a photo in the report, it MUST be taken real time within the app while at the pool. When the report is finished it is time, date, and location stamped by the app itself. This is not information we add in."
