True Blue Contracting

Esposa and I have learned a heck of a lot building a custom home.  These guys "manufacture" your granite and other stone for your countertops.  You purchase your product elsewhere.  They bring it to life.  The granite in our house is absolutely gorgeous.  They broke a piece during delivery and found an exact replacement from the same vein from the supplier.  We have two gripes that prevent me from giving these guys 5 stars.  First, like many contractors involved in the custom home market, their people skills are poor.  On arriving for our appointment, a female staffer kept herself busy filing documents, all the while looking at but ignoring us.  We had to nearly trip someone to get their attention.  Second, their published address is incorrect, causing us to drive ourselves crazy trying to find the place.  WORKMANSHIP: TOP-NOTCH.  PEOPLE SKILLS: NOT SO MUCH.

I thought a very good job was done. I would highly recommend the company.

True Blue was selected by our general contractor as the fabricator for our new granite countertops. The worker who did the templating was professional and serious about his work. The countertops that were installed were beautifully done to my specifications. After the countertops were installed, there was a large piece of granite left from the cut-out for our cooktop. I took the piece back to True Blue and they very graciously at no cost to me cut the piece and polished it to make 2 cheese/cutting boards for me. The staff at the location was very nice and helpful.
