Triple R Glass

I first hired Triple R Glass some years ago for a series of glass shower enclosures and everything seemed to go okay. I then had them replace the glass windshield in my wife's vehicle. Raul, the owner, brought the vehicle back to me with the glass installed and blue tape at the seams. Upon removing the tape I found the vehicle's plastic fairing, bordering the windshield, broken and missing. He'd damaged the expensive fairing and used thick gobs of silicone to hide the damaged pieces. Aside from the obvious problems, he attempted to hide the damage in order to get paid. Furthermore, the windshield leaked badly and while driving you could hear the wind whistling through the gaps of gobbed silicone. Needless to say, It was a horrible job! Having maintained a pseudo relationship with Raul, I hired him again to install a series of glass shower enclosures with his promise to do better work, leading up to this post. Raul, Triple R Glass, did a good job overall leading up to a dismal conclusion. I'd paid Raul, Triple R Glass, a sizable deposit towards the installation of two glass shower enclosures. After getting clearance to go ahead with the installation, I attempted to schedule with Raul. Low and behold, he'd disappeared with my deposit. I attempted to contact him via my phone, home phone, friend's phones, and texting with no success. Finally after having enough, I sent a legal demand via text. That seemed to get his attention. His responses were ridiculous and laughable! Once and for all he finally completed the project but did not install door sweeps for the shower enclosures. The ensuing communications with Raul were nothing short of rude and unprofessional. As a small business owner I found Triple R Glass to be "High-Risk" for public consumers. The owner seems to be money hungry and not committed to any level of professional integrity. There's no doubt in my mind that this company would have attempted to steal my deposit had I not known the law and how to use it. Buyer Beware-

The date the estimator was coming out, he called about 10 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to say he was running about 25 minutes late! How often does that happen? You can be asssured that Triple R had extra points for that. They were less expensive, responsive and very easy to work with.

Great experience. Raul and David did great work. They are very professional. They were on time, got the job done well Ann quickly. Left my place clean as well. Highly recommend Triple R Glass.

He arrived as scheduled and completed the work in less time than projected. Initially, they came out to asset the work required in less than two hours of my call. I have no issues in recommending this company yo anyone.

Went great.  Service was done as discussed on time and at the price he quoted.  He even cleaned the other window and the ledge for me.  I would definitely recommend this company for anyone with window or glass issues.

We  found them through Angie's List and that was amazing! They were so professional, prompt and their customer service was good. Their prices are very reasonable. We loved them so much that we are going to call them for more work. They are one of the best companies we have ever found. He was able to match the color perfectly to the window because the windows have a little bit of tint to them. He took a little piece just to make sure he can match the glass perfectly. One wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the old windows and the replacement. He went above and beyond to give me exactly what I am paying for.

The replacement was the perfect size and was delivered  quickly.  I'd recommend this company to anyone needing their services and would call this company again should we need their help in the future.

Raul called, we made a date, he came and measured and ordered the units. They came in at the time he estimated. We set a date to install. Raul came and quickly removed the old glass units and installed the new ones. He carted off the old units. Very professional. A joy to work with.

An A+ experience and would absolutely use the services of Raul again.. requested a free estimate and he promptly handled that.  His prices were much less than a competitor.  Ordered window and promptly set up time to make the repair.  Showed up early for the repair and did super job.  It's nice to do business with someone who's courteous, conscientious, and totally professional.  He'll be my first call if I need any future glass repair.

OK-I think the price is excessive.

I spoke with Raul when I called initially and he came out and gave me an assessment of $225 and said it would take 5-7 business days for the glass. He called a week and a half later to tell me the glass had arrived and asked to come install it the next day. The installation went quickly and smoothly, Raul was nice and professional throughout my communications with him and he didn't ask for a penny more than the price he quoted me. Overall, a good experience and would use again if needed.

They arrived punctually, removed broken mirror swiftly, and replaced it with one that matched the other mirror in bathroom.

Raul was very polite, prompt and professional.  The window looks great and he cleaned up after the job was completed.

My 85lb. Rottweiler broke the glass in our window, trying to get to the mail carrier.
Raul answered my call immediately and was able to come over right away.
From start to finish the whole job took less than two hours. He was polite and professional.
He will be coming back later this week to replace a cracked plate glass window that I was waiting to have replaced because all the other estimates had been so high.

Raul is extremely courteous and dependable.  He came by on the first visit shortly after I called to survey the work.  In a few days he called with an estimate of the cost and timing of the replacement.  After receiving my go-ahead, he came by a second time to make a template of the oval windows.  Once the glass and windows were ready, he called to make an installation appointment. 
He was actually a few minutes early for the installation appointment.  Upon removing the original oval windows, he showed me that the one above the shower/tub was not tempered.  This could have been a problem if it had broken.  The new window is tempered and has "rain shower" glass on the interior for privacy.  
Raul and his assistant were very careful with removal of the old windows and sliding door frame, cleaning up as they went.  The new glass was cleaned on both sides with a professional grade glass cleaner.
