Mike picked us up at 3:30 in the morning to catch an early flight to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Mike was actually early picking us up and actually came to the door of our home and carried our luggage to his Towne Car. When we returned from Cabo, Mike met us at the luggage carousel and carried our luggage to the car which was parked close by in the airport  garage. We were quite grateful for this as it was raining when we arrived back in San Antonio. Mike has a great personality and is a friendly and outgoing person. Mike is an excellent and cautious driver and is always aware of the traffic around him. My wife and I felt quite comfortable riding with Mike and we will definitely use his services again.

I ask Mike to pick me up or drop me off at the airport on almost a weekly basis. he's always prompt, friendly, and efficient. if he can't meet then he arranges for someone he trusts to meet me instead. Mike makes traveling less stressful, its one less thing to worry about with him as my driver.

Mike arrived punctually to transport me to the airport when I left for a two week vacation. He handled my luggage both when he picked me up at the house and when we got to the airport. Car was totally spotless and very comfortable. During the ride he suggested that I might want him to pick me up on my return and when I told him I had concerns about delays in the airlines he told me he could track when my plane would arrive and would pick me up at baggage claim. I decided to get the return service and after a grueling day of traveling and a two hour delay on my final flight he was a very welcome sight when I got to baggage claim. He managed all of my heavy luggage and I didn't have to carry anything other than my purse. He is also very personable and professional and I intend to use his service whenever I need a ride. Highly recommended!

Mike is a real professional.  Always ahead of schedule.  Meets me in baggage claim.  Car is immaculately clean.  Mike is always a pleasure to be around.  I recommend Mike wholeheartedly.

.  Was on time, even early.  Very courteous, careful with my baggage.  When we arrived at the airport, he took by bags to the curbside check in, and even retrieved a wheelchair and assisted me to sit in it.  The car was clean and in very good condition.  He obviously takes great pride in his service, and rightly so.  I will definitely use his service again.

Very well, he was early, texted me to let me know when he was there and available. Had a nice conversation with him on the way. Plan to use him two more times this week. Convenient ability to handle credit cards, takes Amex.

Mike provides a great service at a reasonable price.  He was very responsive both times we called him for airport trips, arrived a bit early each time (even when we had to leave home t 4:00AM) and confirmed each request promptly by text.  We'll certainly call him again next time we go out of town.

This is our 2nd time using Mikes service. I made pick-up arrangements about 1 month in advance right after the first service.
BOTH times Mike arrived 15 min prior to the scheduled appointment time also sent me a text that the car has arrived.
He took care of our luggage from the home to the car, we just had to lock the home and then take a seat in a very clean, non smoking, and well kept car.
Returning from our trip: I again found a text on my cell that the car has arrived. Mike was already at the baggage claim with our luggage waiting for us when we got there. :-) 
He charges the same price as Yellow cab but with a much better service, and is a very safe and professional driver.
We gave him a nice tip because it was such a wonderful experience (that's why our price is at $50)
Mike provides a no hassle, on time, professional, above and beyond service, keeps you informed so you don't have to wonder if you will be on time or not. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Mike Hill is a consummate professional. I travel weekly for business, and I can always count on Mike to be there to get me to the airport on time and he is ALWAYS at the airport when I arrive back home.  Many times, my flight has been delayed and Mike has made sure he knows when the expected arrival time is so that I never have to wait. If he has a scheduling conflict, he makes sure I am covered with another professional driver, and he lets me know in advance who will be meeting me or picking me up. The thing I love the most is that he is always waiting for me as I descend the escalators at the airport. He grabs my bags from my tired shoulders and collects my luggage from the carousel whenever I have more than just a carry-on. He has even taken me out of town when there were no available rental cars and I needed to get to Austin. He drove me up there in comfort, and patiently waited for me while I conducted my business. He never charges more than a regular taxi cab, but he is a thousand times more friendly, professional, courteous and most of all RELIABLE. I highly recommend call Towne Car Service when you need a ride in and around San Antonio.

His name is Mike Hill. When we have to use him we call the number on his business card. He is very good. He is just tremendous. He has a very comfortable car. He is extremely reliable; he comes at any hour of the day or night. He comes even at 4.30 a.m. or 5 a.m. He is always here 15 minutes ahead of time. He keeps the car very, very clean. He helps with the luggage. He carries the luggage to the car. Most exceptionally, as we tell him in advance, maybe 2-3 weeks ahead as to when we are coming back from the trip, what flight number, he meets us at the baggage collection point for that airline and carries our luggage from the conveyor belt to his car for us. He personally meets us there rather than us having to meet him outside or find the car outside. It’s just very nice to know that when you come back, like we came back from Singapore in Asia recently at about 10 p.m. or 11 p.m. and we were totally exhausted, he was there at the conveyor belt to meet us and he took care of our obnoxious luggage at that time. You can’t find a more reliable driver than him. We paid him $ 40, though the base price is only about $23- $24. We tipped him fairly generously because we were so relieved to see him and he is so helpful. His price is the meter price which is the standard for San Antonio. We should be calling him shortly as we are going to Wisconsin in a month.
