Went there on November 8th. During the car wash the machine malfunctioned and knocked the back up light assembly off of my vehicle (Cadillac Escalade). We took photos and the person working said the manager would contact me. Someone did contact me, but I was driving and couldn't get their name and number. she said she would call back with the name of her repairman to assess eht damage. We clicked the part back on that day. In December I fell off again, and continued to fall off. I ended up taking it to the dealer and it cost over $400 to replace. the back up camera is important to safety.
I mailed two certified letters to the owners on file with the county records. they returned both of my letters, refused. Apparently they knew I intended to sue. I have not other avenue but to let everyone know the poor quality of service and acceptance of responsibility for your vehicle's damage. I don't recommend you use them.
