Excellent! I was promptly contacted, details were discussed, and an appointment was made. Mr. Hogan was on-time, and explained everything he was doing, and about the quality of the wax (aircraft grade) he was using. He was courteous, efficient, and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this service!

Chuck was delightful, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. He showed up 10 minutes early, ready to do whatever needed to be done and more. He assessed the car's condition and explained what he could...and probably could not do...for the inside of this 13 year old vehicle that was in very rough shape and that we were afraid was hopeless. I'm delighted with the job he did and highly recommend him.

I have never had a car detailed. Chuck explained to me what he could do in both cases (for my used car & new car). He did an absolutely professional job on both vehicles. I was quite impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail. He gave me advice for on-going maintenance and recommended products that I should use. Very personable and he takes his business quite seriously. He offers outstanding customer service before and during his work. I will definitely use him again and I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing detail work.

Exceptional service. Kept in touch with me when a change of date/time was necessary. Showed up to my home 10 minutes before our 7am appointment. Would definitely hire again!

Left message and he responded immediately. Took his next available appointment time about a week later. He confirmed the appointment the day before and arrived at our home a bit before the appointment. His truck had all the equipment and fluids he needed for a complete auto detailing. He worked extra hard to get some hardened tar off the wheel wells, washed and waxed exterior, vacuumed interior, shampooed carpets and upholstery, and cleaned trunk. The car was beautiful when he finished three hours later. We've never had a more thorough, competent, detailing done. He is very accommodating and it is so great to have the work done at your home, He is an A+.

Great service. Chuck came out on Saturday. The exterior looked gorgeous. There were a few minor things on the interior that got overlooked (it is a large SUV-chevy Traverse) , but when I told him, he came right back out and made everything right. Excellent customer service.

After a week at the beach with kids and grandkids in my new Tahoe I was discouraged by the way my car looked.  I saw Chuck on Angies list knowing the job was just to big for me.  Chuck was so friendly and professional and said he would take care of every bit of sand.  The tahoe is in my driveway now looking newer than it did when I bought it.  He did such a great job and took his time in doing it.

This was such a pleasant experience! Chuck was on time, and the job was quickly and excellently done with courtesy and professionalism. I will be using this service every month. We had a mis-communication about the day (entirely my fault) and Chuck would not take payment for the service. He's a really good and trustworthy guy. I will be telling everyone I know about Totally Mobile Detail!
