The workers shows up on time, call ahead when on their way, are courteous, listen well to desires of the customer, and a pleasure to be in their company. They are reasonable compared to many other yard maintenance people I have worked with over 20 years. 
Their goal is be sure the customer is happy with the work to the point of asking what needs to be changed, etc. They also have a good sense about plants, form and spacing in a yard setting and capable of sizing up a landscape before the consultation. They treat the plants with respect by using clippers and a lot of hand work where needed. I totally trust AAA Lawn and Yard Servicing as they are honest and have a work ethic that I admire.

Have had the good fortune of Harry's services since January, 2006 when he started to get our lawn and landscaping into shape. He has treated our property as if it was his own and the treatments of mulch, organic fertilizers, insect repellants and superior attention to every detail have produced a lawn that is a pleasure to come home to every day. The rates are generally lower than my neighbors disclose and very much a bargain, particularly when looking at the consistently eye pleasing results of his efforts. He doesn't attempt the normal 2 or 3 person 20-25 minute massed production job. Rather each undertaking reflects his pride of craftmanship and the area when he leaves is always a "Finished Product".

A typical interaction involves leaving voice mail, describing the job in detail over the phone when Harry calls back or (rarely) scheduling a brief meeting to show him the work we want performed. He offers an estimate and informs us when he will be able to complete the work. He comes when he says he's going to come, works hard while he's here, cleans up when he's finished and communicates clearly throughout the process.
