It was discussed at the beginning that their crew will come and look at the sprinkler problem and give me a quote. after the review they gave me a sky rocketing quote ($5000-$6000) so i decided to move on with some other company, they fixed the problem in less than $500. two months down the lane I receive $125 an invoice for inspection which I was told that they would just come out and give me a quote, no cost for inspection. Unfortunately, there is no email or txt about this so I can't prove it. The person at the front desk apologizes for the miss communication, but i still have to pay for it. I would not recommend this company. Make sure to get everything in written if you are going with them.

Marcus & his excellent crew did an outstanding job. They went way and above our expectations. We now have a total new look to our home. Not only did they remove the old sod, put in a sprinkler system and landscaped our front yard totally, they built a beautiful deck, built a concrete ramp from the driveway to the deck, took down a huge brick wall partway that was having issues with arches, built new gates to the deck & the front entrance. The crews were amazing, polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. I would hire Marcus again in a flash! I can't wait for spring to get here and the new plants start growing & blooming.

My yard was a jungle. I found Marcus and called him for his services. I'm amazed. Besides doing an incredible beauty of a job, he and his comrades treated me kind and paid attention to all my needs. His price was terrific for the condition the yard was in. I will be returning to Marcus. He and his company is exceptional and honest and kind.

I have been using Total Home and Lawn for 2 years. They have mowed, trimmed trees, landscaped, layed flagstone, designed and built a pond with a waterfall and filtration system, built a flagstone sidewalk and poured a slab for my trashcans, and built a deck. All of these projects completed timely and with great workmanship. The pricing is reasonable and they bill at the end of the month which is very convenient. All of their employees are polite and professional. I would highly recommend Total Home and Lawn for any project you need.

Marcus, Nate, and their crew at Total Home and Lawn are excellent. Currently they handle all of my lawn care needs. They come every two weeks to care for my yard. They have also helped me with landscaping projects that have completely changed/ improved my yard. They have even helped me pick house plants. They are very fair with pricing and are dependable. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We have hired marcus' team in the past to install new grass, do landscaping, compost and aerate the lawn. All previous services were performed on time, within budget and done professionally with great results. This time was no exception. The team arrived on time and did a terrific job. The large holly hedge is between our house and the neighbors so the team went over, with the neighbors permission,and trimmed that side of the hedge as well. All worked was taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. No trimming or trash was left. This is superior company to work with. Very satisfied.

AWESOME. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. The work they did was not only professional, but they went above and beyond. Our home looks better than ever. The walkway they built is truly a thing of beauty and when my wife gets home after dark, she has safe access to our home. And the honored their Senior Citizen discount without batting an eye.

Marcus is great. He and his crew did an excellent job. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable and fair. I hired him for a one time clean up. After I saw his work, I hired him bi-weekly to maintain my yard. I highly recommend Marcus. The reason I paid him $210 was because there was a ton of leafs from numerous oak trees on my property. And he trimmed numerous bushes which had not been trimmed for 6 months.

Marcus and his team did a very good job. Trimming was done by hand.....not using a gas trimmer. Clean up was thorough. He now cuts my lawn every two weeks. Great guy........great team!

Marcus is friendly and down to earth; his quote was within my budget and I took a leap of faith. He was on time for the quote as was the team he sent to the house to perform the work. Bonus points. These guys work hard and diligently in the heat without unnecessary breaks. I'm extremely impressed. I never felt the need to watch either of them. Although I did; it was, that I was impressed with how they got this done. My home's exterior and landscaping definitely looks professional. Is is no longer looking extremely overgrown! I actually enjoy going outside now. I will definitely be use their service on a regular basis. Luke the head crewman; asked me at the end if I like it and if I earned their services. Yes indeed! If you don't want to be swindled and want someone who cares about your things; Marcus is your man. Thank you for the hard work!

Marcus came by multiple times to work with us to re-do our 20 year old yard. He is hugely knowledgeable about plants for our area and has a really nice feel for what would look good and do well here. After we agreed to a plan, he took us with him to the nursery to walk about and decide on what plants we'd like, explaining pros and cons as we went. This was really useful, and kinda fun. He and his very good crew then did the work on our 60 x 150 ft yard (which has more landscaping than grass). They work fast and clean up great; and they are a personable group, which is a plus, I think. We are very pleased with the effort, from planning to implementation and will continue to use Marcus and his company to maintain our new yard. Highly recommend him!

I like to pay as I go with the mowing. The house is vacant. He started mowing the lawn without my knowledge and he wasn't collecting. Then I got a bill for 3 separate services for $85 each when we discussed $65. I discontinued the service, and then I got another bill for 2 more lawn mowing services at the $65 rate. I called to ask what the bill was for since I discontinued the service and he said he didn't know I discontinued the service, and I already paid for his services in full.

"I am trying to be professional about this, however, the second bill that this lady is claiming was done after she discontinued service was in fact for work done in the 4 weeks prior to her notifying me of the cancellation. I have the paperwork to prove it! She wouldn't allow me to explain this and hung up on me. Also I had talked to her on the phone in June to ask for an increase to $85.00 after the lawn was getting to high with all the rain. We agreed so I sent a bill for $85.00 then I get the nasty note saying that she is not paying this and to discontinue service. The bill I sent to her last week was for the two mowings on July 3 and July 19. Done before I knew of her wanting to cancel. I told her I was sorry she was upset and that she didn't have to pay me since she thought I was trying to cheat her. If your reading this, please note my other reviews and consider that sometimes you work with bad people and it hurts you."

Marcus came within a day or two of my original call. He was very professional and accommodating. Really seems to care about his customers and building a honest business. The crew arrived on day and time discussed. Marcus was with them and made sure everything was completed to my husband's satisfaction (he is pretty picky). They were very thorough, cleaning out from under shrubs and everything looked beautiful when they finished. We are delighted and will continue to us their service on a bi-weekly basis along with some special projects.
