They took the carpet and took it to be cleaned. When it came back it still had pet order and wasn't cleaned so I called and they picked it up again. It was better but smelled like baby powder for a couple days.

They are excellent. They are fantastic. I have used them for four years. They bent over backwards to please. They have even come and cleaned my carpets at night. They have come in after I got home from work, at 5.30 pm or 6.00 pm because of my crazy schedule. Their son is one of the technicians, he was trained by his dad, and they both are excellent. One would pay a little more with them because they do an outstanding job. They are honest. They are very professional. They are very pleasant. They will do whatever it takes to get the job done. I sing them high praises. I am having them come out soon again. They run specials. Quite often, they would send cards to their customers. They give discounts anywhere from twenty to thirty percent depending on what kind of promo they have. I don't have a big house so they charge me about $130, that's with their specials. They have the big machines. They come up in a truck with the big machines. They have nice and very powerful equipments. They have good cleaners. I have pets and they have saved some areas that I really thought was never going to come out clean again. They are excellent with pet odors.

I looked on Angie's List for professional carpet cleaners and out of all of them I chose COIT. I called and talked to Trish and got an estimate and made an appointment over the phone. I told her that I found them on Angie's list and she gave me their coupon discount from COIT's home page. ;-) Earnest arrived on time on Feb 6th and assessed the area for cleaning. I also asked for an estimate for air duct cleaning, as I want to have that done later. I then asked about cleaning the tile floors as I saw that they provide that service as well. He explained how that work is done and I asked for an estimate to have that done along with the carpets and could he add that service as well, since he was already there. Of Course he said. ;-) WOW!!! the floors are awesome. This was a 'short sale' home we just purchased and it was nasty and filthy. NOT ANYMORE!!!! Earnest is usually on the truck, but because they are so good, they have loads of customers like me to make and keep happy. All I can say is it was our lucky day, because we got the boss!!! It took about 3.5 hours to finish everything, but for one guy doing all those floors, I thought it was appropriate amount of time. Can you get this done cheaper, sure, but you will get what you pay for! I also found someone who likes to talk as much as I do!!! And I learned alot too!. COIT also will take unwanted drapery and area carpets because they clean them and then make them available to homeowners and families who can't afford window coverings, etc. They will be getting ours as soon as we can get them down. You bet you can get this done cheaper, but you will get what you pay for!

Their punctuality stood out the most to me. Usually the weird stains show up after they leave. But the carpets were still clean the next morning. They were very careful.

The Coit carpet cleaners arrived on time and began work quickly, treating all stains in the wall-to-wall carpeting. The stains, including red wine stains, were successfully removed. I was informed that if the stains resurfaced, Coit would return at no additional charge to again treat them. We were pleased with the professionalism of the Coit team and the cost.

I use Ernie and he is awesome and I have had him clean my carpets, air duct cleaning repeatedly and he has cleaned my area rugs. This guy is wonderful and I can't say enough good things about him and his crew worked so hard and they just did the air duct cleaning especially they just did a tremendous job and the carpet cleaning when they say they are going to be there they're there when they say it's going to get done like the area rugs he comes out and he gets them and he'll bring them back. His prices are very reasonable and he also has coupons and stuff and sometimes you will get his coupon mailer and he will send those out and once you get on his client list he'll send out coupons every quarter so you can get your carpets cleaned. He has done wonders. They did a tremendous job and I called them the next day they came out and my carpet was wonderful.

There was one spot that nobody was able to take out, and he did a really good job on that. He said he didn't guarantee it, but that he would try, and he did wonders. I was really concerned about that one area. He was just very nice and very helpful. He came on time and did the work. He also cleaned up after himself. He was great from the time I called for an appointment till the time he left. COIT Services was excellent. I asked them about some leather chair work, and they gave me an estimate. I did not have that done. However, I would call them again if I am to get that work done.

They were on time, courtesious, quick, and explained what needed to be done. I was happy with them.

It went well and quickly. The young man really knew what to do and was very sensitive to assuring my floorwas cleaned to include, baseboards and under cabinet overhang near floor. Looks great.

Mike did an excellent job. He typically does carpet but he did a terrific job. He was very thorough. He was very pleasant to work with. Phenominal job, more than what I was hoping for.

When and if we decide to get our air ducts cleaned I will definitely use them in the future. They were very honest, professional and pleasant to deal with.

I spoke with the owner (and he came out to provide the estimate), his staff, and the actual person who did the work -- all of whom impressed me. The owner was very honest and straightforward, his staff was friendly and accommodating, and the person who actually did the work did a great job. I plan to contract with them again very shortly to have my carpet cleaned as a result of this very positive experience.

Excellent! Was a little disappointed after cleaning, but called company and they came back out first thing next working day and cleaned the area again. The grout looks great. Thank you.

Jake called us and asked if he could show up an hour early. We agreed and he explained what would be done and if we had any questions. His work was outstanding and everything was as he had explained to us. We will use them again!!

I purchased the coupon for $179 and called the next day for an appointment. The person who made the appointment was pleasant and we scheduled it for a 12:30-2:30 time window. The gentleman who was to perform the service arrived on time. He was polite and professional. During our discussion of which floors we wanted done he made a phone call to his office. He then told us that Angie's List had made a mistake and was supposed to include an exclusion for "natural stone" on the coupon and that he would be unable to honor it. The best he could do was offer to credit the $179 to the full price of cleaning our slate tile floors, which would be well over $500 for the same 300 sq feet. He was polite and apologetic but couldn't help us any further. He did write an estimate for what it would take to perform the same services for all our floors, with the exception of our enclosed back porch(they're all slate tile, excluding our bedrooms), which came to over $1600. Nowhere on the coupon, which has been out for weeks, does it indicate this exclusion. The person who took the appointment didn't ask what type of tile we had either. We declined the offer to do the floors for several hundreds of dollars more than what we were expecting to pay. It's not only an issue of money but the fact that apparently it was assumed it was ok to penalize a customer, who purchased a service in good faith, for a mistake made by the two primary parties of this coupon agreement. Instead, they should have performed the services as expected and worked out any price difference issues with Angie's List. *Note-We didn't just buy this coupon the day it came out, it has been out there for several weeks. So if there was a problem with the natural stone exclusion, it should have been rectified by the time we purchased our coupon last week. Response to Provider: 1) The coupon did not say ceramic tile only. 2) I'm aware of the difference in ceramic and slate, which is why I looked for any appropriate exclusion. And I'm offended by your comment "she was unaware of the type of floor she had". Of course I'm aware, I had it put in. 3) I have asked for the refund from Angie's List and received one. 4) The discount was not offered until a quote of $1600 was given for doing all my floors. It WAS NOT offered on the original 300 square feet.

They did a good job. The man was very professional and I was satisfied with his work. Their price was reasonable.

I got every room with tile done, 500 square feet in all. I never expected them to get the grout clean but it ended up looking like new. Jake arrived at the scheduled time. He was a pleasant, professional young man. He completed the job in 2 1/2 hours. The job included powerwashing all the tile before cleaning and sealing the grout. My tile is textured and it has never looked better. Jake even moved the refridgerator to do underneath. Didn't expect that. Tricia made the appointment for me and she was very helpful and sweet. This was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The only downside was my dog hated the noise of the machine but as she is the one that causes most of the dirt she just had to put up with it. She survived to mess my tile up another day. I will certainly use this company in the future.

They were prompt, efficient and professional in their dealings with me. They accomplished their work. Really good job and corrected the accidental spill. I would use them again.

The service tech came out and could not remove the stain so they brought it back to the shop and it looks like new.

Marcus suggested the color seal and guaranteed it for 10 years. He spent several hours cleaning, painting and sealing the grout. He even applied caulking. He was very professional and did not push me to get job done.
