Topaz Cleaning & Restoration

We bought this service for our daughter. The grout cleaner did not show up on the day he specified. He didn't call either. After our daughter called they set up an appointment for the next day, when the cleaner showed up and did a terrible job. He was very unprofessional. We called back and asked for someone else to come out and finish the job. The second person did a good job. The grout is very clean.

The service provider was Excellent!! Was early to job. Was very professional! Cleaned Dryer vent, which was very clogged, Explained to customer each step of the process and showed results of the service provided. Completed the job in less than 45 minutes. Great Job!!

The technician arrived on schedule. He surveyed my carpet before cleaning to find the hard to clean spots (several since I have 3 dogs). All said the cleaning took about 90 minutes and my carpet looks marvelous. I highly recommend Coit Carpet Cleaning and Restoration!

Came on time. Cleaned the grout and the tile floors. Sealed the grout. Looks great!

It was good. There were no additional charges.

It went okay. Only one technician came, so some of the smaller pieces of furniture that have been moved by other cleaners in the past were not moved. That was a disappointment. On the other hand, the technician did clean into the entrances of two rooms that I did not have cleaned. That was a pleasant surprise. The biggest surprise came about 1 hour after the technician left; there were big folds standing in the carpet. I called the office in a panic and the owner told me that it wasn't unusual, that it sometimes happened and depended on the amount of clay in the underpad. I had never had that happen in the past and I never knew the pad would have any clay in it. He told me it would go away within 5 days! I wasn't sure if he was feeding me a line or not. Thankfully it did go back to normal within a day. I thought the owner acted really impatient with me so I probably won't use them again but I can't complain about their work (except for the single technician).

They were on time, fast and efficient. Carpets look very good. There were a few stains of unknown origin and they all came out.

When I called to set up the appointment they were able to accommodate my schedule. I had some nasty stains from my dog and they were able to get all of the stains out. They did such a nice job on the carpet cleaning that I had them take my rug back to the shop to clean. Once the area rug was cleaned they delivered the rug back to my home and reset the furniture to where it had been before.

It worked out very well! I got the service done pretty quickly after I purchased it. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating. They were just great; great service, great overall! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I definitely plan on using them again when I need carpet cleaning again.

It was good. I would probably not use them again because of the price.

A little hard to get scheduled........gave times on Angiies website......they said they would call... But thet did not,message board they said that I should call..... But no phone number left so I went back to list of providers to get number ,scheduler did not know how to access purchased items..........put service tech,Paul, was on time polite and did a great job.

They called per the agreement. The technician came early. He was in and out in about two hours. He was very friendly and thorough. My husband thought they did a great job also.

Outstanding! Technician (son of owner) showed up on time. Discussed requirements and updated quote (applied previously purchased Deal). Was professional throughout the process. Provided outstanding service. Carpets and tile look like new. Helped me determine how to keep the tile in better condition between professional cleanings. I have used Coit Carpet Cleaning on several previous occasions in two different homes. I have tried a couple of other, cheaper cleaning services a long the way. Nobody except Coit will ever clean my carpets again.

The carpets looks great. The technician was on time and quickly set up the equipment so not to damage walls or furniture.

We liked everything about the service, but were a little disappointed that just cleaning the walkways in our little 1570 sq foot house cost $100 more than the estimated price. The additional cost was not due to a special stain treatment or furniture being moved. We found out that the 3 rooms and a hall were just supposed to equal 600 square feet.

It worked out very well. When I bought the deal and I was contacted within 30 minutes and they came out the same day. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, the gentleman was polite, on time and thorough and I have no complaints whatsoever. I was available on that short notice so it worked out for both of us and I only paid the cost of the deal to do 3 rooms and a hallways for about $79. He measured the square footage and it fell within the rage that they had on the deal so it was exactly what the deal quoted as.

Everything went fine, I had used them previously.

It went well. The furniture and the area rug turned out nice. They're pricey and that's why I won't use them again in the future.

They showed up on time and did a great job. We only needed a small area cleaned so the size limit for the deal was no issue. They were fast and efficient. A few spots didn't come up but that is to be expected on older stain. Very pleased with the service.

It tuned out very good. He came in, he was friendly, he gave information, did the job and was gone. He left his card with me which I appreciated. He did a dryer vent cleaning. He told us we could have it done every 4 years instead of 2 years because our vent was short. He came to do the service a week or 2 later and I ended up sending the cost of the deal.

The young man that did the work was exceptional--professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He did an excellent job--no time wasted---got to work immediately. I will never even consider using another company even if the price is less. This is an A+ company.

He called letting me know when he was coming. Arriving on time he showed me his cleaning equipment and I told him to go to work. He did and the end result was beautiful. We had this ceramic tile for about 12 yrs. and it looked terrible. That has changed now!

The gentlemen were very courteous, efficient and well prepared.

They did a good job! We had just bought the place and wanted a move-in cleaning. They showed up on time and they were great for the Big Deal.

We had our 10 year old carpet cleaned. It came out looking great. The tech was on time, polite and offered very useful advice.
