I have used Topaz Cleaning & Restoration in the past for tile cleaning, sealing, and chalking at an investment property. They did an excellent job at this property. Now, they do not have the professional decency to return a phone call in order to schedule for an onsite quote. They did not respond to multiple phone calls and emails, which is quite rude and unprofessional.

Topaz (Jacob) did a fantastic job cleaning carpets in three bedrooms & closets, hallway, and stairs. I was injured so didn't have time to prepare for the cleaning but Jacob cheerfully moved all the junk off the carpets before cleaning. He spent extra time on the spots where my dog hangs out to ensure the oils from the dog's hair were thoroughly removed. He also cleaned our dryer vent even though the weather was not ideal for doing so. We will continue to use Topaz for any service they offer.

The carpets were really dirty, and he got them very clean.He was right on time for the appointment and behaved in a very professional manner. Went above and beyond to to help me with problem areas. Called Topaz based on Angie’s List reviews and scheduled them to clean 4 rooms and a hallway. They were very professional and timely. There was a question about some stains along the baseboard which the owner came back and addressed personally. Very impressed with this company and will surely use them again. Great quality at a fair price!

The price was about $120 for two rooms and they look fabulous. Jake did an excellent job cleaning our couch today. We have had this company clean our large, sectional couch several times. At one time, my granddaughter had fallen asleep on the couch and had an accident which resulted in two urine soaked cushions. We had them do damage control, and when we received the cushions back there were no stains, no smell, and looked as good as new -- much to our relief! They have also done a great job cleaning our carpets in the past.

This is the third time we hire Topaz and we are very pleased with the results. The Director of Operations, Mr Glenn, came out and gave us an estimate for cleaning a one piece drape that measures approx 10'x33'. Wondering what we were going to do to protect our privacy, we were very pleased when he told us the drape could be cleaned on-site. We scheduled the cleaning and the technician, Jacob, very thorough and took great care to clean the delicate embroidering in the drape material. Last year Jacob cleaned the air duct in our laundry room and he brought the same pride of doing a great job with him. Drape looks beautiful again!

Awesome. Our dryer vent runs about 35 feet through multiple 90 degree turns. I had tried to clean it myself but had the brush break off after 25 feet. Called on a Friday and set up an appointment for Monday. He retrieved the broken brush and cleaned out the entire run. Well worth the price, and I will just call him next time.
