TONY'S TILE, KITCHEN & BATH REMODELING

It went great. He was flexible and did high quality craftmanship on his work. He was very helpful with the items/problems that were discovered during remodel activity. He was always engaged in doing what I wanted and following my requests about materials and colors. His suggestions were always spot on from a professionals knowledge base and pertinent to work being performed. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member.

Worth the wait! Everything went as Tony described. Every step he took was intentional, measured, and exact! Supplies and materials left the day before were always used up the next day. Daily progress was visible. AND, he and his employee cleaned up every afternoon; you could never tell that anyone had been doing work in your house. Completely trustworthy! We gave him our garage code to come and go as he needed. I would definitely hire again!

Tony does quality work and we really liked that he only does 1 job at a time so that we were the priority while he was working on our home... he wasn't leaving to go work on other jobs like the previous company we used. He was dependable, knowledgeable, and took care of our home while he was doing the work. In the end we are very pleased with the finished product, and it was clear that it was important to him that we were completely satisfied. We did have an issue in the beginning because we did not have anything in writing up front regarding what we were agreeing to which led to a misunderstanding that we were thankfully able to work through. Once we put things in writing, it helped to clarify expectations on both sides. I would always recommend an invoice when hiring anyone to work in your home. Lesson learned for us.

On time, on budget, quality work, very professional

Tony was great! He showed up on time every day when he said he would and did a beautiful job! No fancy TV commercials just true craftsmanship from someone that takes pride in his work. The bathroom was completed quickly and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. If you're looking for a new look that you can be proud of for years to come then give Tony a call. Our bathroom looks absolutely beautiful! Tony replaced the tile and tub in our children's bathroom and installed the sub floor and painted the walls where old tile was removed, and we could not be happier. He did a wonderful job, he was so professional and easy to work with, and the job was finished in just a few days. We'd definitely use him again. Thank you, Tony! We contacted Tony (who I found here on Angie's list and chose for his glowing reviews) 4-5 months prior to when we wanted the work done. He stays in high demand, so if you want to hire him, early scheduling is best. He was professional and courteous, and helpful with suggestions as we had not done this type of bathroom reno before. We had a plan in mind and he made it happen, better than our original plan. He finished the job on time and the quality of his tile workmanship was excellent. He and his very polite co-worker Pete cleaned up every day after work finished and left things as conveniently as possible for us. We are very pleased with Tony's work in constructing a beautiful walk-in shower; I can wholeheartedly recommend Tony for your tilework needs. Note: He asks for a small deposit after his estimate, if you are going to move forward and get on the schedule.

This was a smooth running and professional process from beginning to end. Tony was on time and gave me an update during and at the end of the day. He did exactly what he promised and it was great work. I was very happy with how he described his payment plan, a small amount up-front, payment for materials as things progressed and the final payment when all was completed. I had made special requests which he was very agreeable to, this included replacing drywall on all walls and ceiling and also the fan. Tony definitely is very knowledgeable, professional and true to his word and even finished a day early. It was a pleasure having him in my home and I am very happy with his work and would hire him again.

I could not be happier with the work Tony has done on my home. He and his helper were phenomenal, worked quickly and efficiently and most importantly, cleaned along the way. They removed old carpet and laminate flooring and laid porcelain tile. I was happy to hear he also did general remodeling and also ended up removing the popcorn ceiling in my home. I am thrilled with the outcome, so much so, I have gone ahead and booked him to finish out the rest of my home in a couple months. Very easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, punctual and fair in pricing. Could not have asked for a better person to partner with to update my home.

Tony has done total bathroom remodels on two of our houses. The work he does is absolutely beautiful. He is very easy to work with, has great suggestions on things when we cannot decide. He is quick, thorough, and we have always been VERY happy with the end results. the first house he made the updates on, we sold in less than 2 weeks and he did bathroom updates, updated tile in our foyer, and kitchen flooring and awesome backsplash. He recently updated our rental house, and I will use him again on the 35+ year old house we bought last year.

All of the work was meticulously done and as he was working if he had any questions he always consulted me. He, as well as his assistant, were experts in cutting tile to fit, cleaned up the kitchen daily when they left, and were incredibly pleasant to work with.

Called Tony for an estimate for a bathroom remodel and was told he was booked until mid January. I indicated not sure I was willing to wait, but would call back after discussing with my wife. Call the guy on Monday and tells me, that "he does not want to give me a bid unless I am willing to put $500 down and wait until January otherwise he is wasting his time if we go with someone else sooner". "His customer reviews and recommendations on Angie's List speak for themselves etc etc he says...." I told him I don't want to waste his time as there are no guarantees I would go with him. Sorry but this is not the way to earn NEW customer business. Part of being in business is taking risks and letting your work speak for itself and trying to sell your customers on the company doing the work. You win some and you lose some, but at the end of the day you have to at least try to sell clients on your services and not depend on Angie's List reviews to back you up. As a business owner myself, that advice is free of charge Tony.

great overall - quality of work outstanding and the bathroom looks great kept house clean and got work done on time

I was very impressed with the final product. Tony and his son, Mike, did an excellent job. The job was started on the agreed date, they arrived on time every day, worked very efficiently and cleaned up the work area when they were done for the day. The job was also completed right on schedule. I would highly recommend Tony's Tile Company to anyone and would definitely hire Tony Salas again.

It went very well. Tony & his son started the job on the date that we agreed upon. He had me pick out materials needed well in advance of the starting date. There were no delays due to out of stock or ordering issues. They also cleaned & organized the work areas at the end of each day.

I'm not sure if it's intentional, but it is certainly misrepresentative of the Texas company's work.
