While driving my son's car was hit. The person who hit him had very good insurance which covered not only the repairs, but also provided a rental car for him. He talked to several repair places, but decided on Tom Benson based on location and reviews. The only delay for getting the car when promised was a part, but since he had the rental it was fine. Work seems to have been done successfully.

I was impressed that the staff was so helpful despite the fact that we did not actually use their repair services.

My car is always ready in no time! I always feel very comfortable going there. I really wish the treatment I receive there was standard practice everywhere else. They also provide me with coupons, which is nice.

We were looking for a Chevy Tahoe. They had one that had been returned after having been purchased by an individual two weeks before. The original owner put about 1000 miles on the vehicle during that two week period. When we asked about price, the dealership was not willing to come down on the price and wanted us to purchase the used Tahoe for the same price the original owner had paid.
