Estimate was accepted at 250.00 (materials and labor). Estimate was 2 hrs. In actuality, two people took 4 hrs to do the work. Tim stuck with the estimate.

He talked me into hard planks. All he would talk about was hard plank. I just needed some work in the attic. He was talking about the entire house and siding. He came to give an estimate but didn't share it with me. He fixed my siding. I didn't really understand what is going on. He did give me an estimate he gave me an estimate. I don't know if I was overcharged or not.

Leaky shower tiles---found multiple problems with previous renovation to combine shower and bath to make one oversize shower. Tim addressed all of these problems with professional execution.

Overall, it went really well. Tim Sr and Tim Jr oversaw the work and it was completed in a timely manner. They were very neat and cleaned up, which was great. The work they did was very good and looked great once it was all done. We would definitely use them again.
