Mr. Gonzalez and his crew finished a tile job that was started by another contractor that was basically a and quot;crookand quot;. Mr. Gonzalez did not hesitate to take on a job that someone else started. They tiled the kitchen, two living areas, two dining areas and a foyer. He and his crew were always on time and very professional. They worked up to 10 hour days to complete the job. Their work is excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Gonzalez to family and friends. It was so refreshing to hire a contractor who took pride in his work and worked with such honest and integrity.

Mr. Gonzalez was the best decision I have ever made in hiring a contractor, not only was he very, very honest, he was also very maticulious in his work. Usually when you hire a contractor, they are always in a hurry to complete your job so they can move onto the next job. He was extremely patient with me, took the time to allow me to pick out every single peice of material for my dream bathroom. The price above does not include the material. We agreed on that since I can get the military discount The material price would be different for any job since our likes and dislikes would vary for example like the faucets and tub would be possibly another brand or model for you. We first spoke in February and we sat and talked about what I wanted and how I wanted it. He started in March because it gave me enough time to special order what I needed like the window, the special tub, the faucets, the sinks, the doors and most importantly the shower tile that I couldn't get here in San Antonio. I had to order it from Georgia. Mr Gonzalez had a few people come in to help with things like the spray painting of my custom cabinets, the plumber to hook up all the new water lines and drains and I didn't even need to be home. He was always there on top of everything and he actually made the painters come back to redo the cabinets because HE didn't like their job. I felt confident, releived of any stress, and able to go shopping for whatever accessories he needed to complete whatever job he was working on at the time. I did a special Lowes account for him to go pick up what he needed in the mornings. Total honesty, he gave me every receipt so I could budget the account. I'm not a very trusting person but from the beginning, from the very beginning I felt I could trust him and he never diappointed me. I gave Mr. Gonzalez my house key after the first week. I'm not telling you to do this but I couldn't always be there. He treated my home like his own and secured everything, locked all my doors, cleaned up behind himself and his crew. He spread dropcloths to protect my rugs, covered my furniture and did his best to minimize the dust. I look at my bathroom today and I'm in awe of his exceptional talents. The lights in the crown molding, he had never done before but what I liked about Mr. Gonzalez is his willingness to try anything. He was so humble and quiet when he completed the entire bathroom. I was estatic. I have had contractors before at my home and he has changed my way of thinking. . Now, I won't be any less cautious of the next one but I will tell you this, Juan Gonzalez who owns Tile and More will be the one I call in the future for any projects at my home. My family & friends are amazed at the awesome job he did with an old out dated bathroom. The project took about 6-7 weeks but none of that was Mr. Gonzalez' fault. The cabinets were late, the tile was shipped to the wrong state, the counter top guys had to recut the granite around the tub and the painters had a re-do on the cabinets and( I saved the best for last), I kept changing my mind on the faucets or the layout of the tub or the colors of the grout.. Lowes threatened to put a vest on me, they thought I worked there.Lowes was awesome too, that's another story. If you'd like to get some QUALITY work done in your home and you need an honest, trustworthy and patient man, Mr. Gonzalez is without any reservatiuons, the gentleman for you. I'm not easy to work with but he survived and needs an award. God bless that man. I will try to put some pictures on here to give you some idea of his wonderful workmanship. The project was a huge success and I'm an extremely happy customer. Thank you Angies list for this awesome contractor and his crew.

If there were a rating above 'A+' I'd give it to him. He is meticulous, fastidious, honest and reasonably priced. I didn't want to rush them, but he actually would bring some other work and he and one of his crew members fit it in over the weekend if something needed to be done. I can't possibly give them a high enough rating. I've been recommending him other people I've been working with.

I passed Juan on the road and saw a sign with his phone number and a description that he did tile work. I called him and asked him to come provide me with an estimate on doing my kitchen floor. He gave me a time, arrived as and when promised, described the work he would do, and sent me an estimate via email. When I was ready to do the work, a couple of weeks later, we agreed on a timeframe for him to come do the work. He and his crew arrived ahead of schedule, did the work quickly, professionally, and cleaned up after themselves. I had already purchased the tile, so as they worked, Juan and his crew laid the tile boxes out so I could count them before disposal. I have invited him to provide me with an estimate to do the work in an adjacent room after we finish the kitchen. Can't say enough positive things about Juan and his crew. You should get them to do your tile work!!!pl
