"Tietze Plumbing has a $49 service charge to send a technician to the residence. The technician diagnoses the plumbing issue and then a Flat Rate, upfront cost is given to the customer for approval to complete the job. This pricing system is an average cost for labor and materials. If the technician takes longer than average, it is not an extra expense to the customer."
"Thank you for you comment. Our goal is to always professionally diagnose the plumbing issue and resolve the problem. We appreciate you business."
AND they charge you again to fix their mistakes.
