Friday Oct. 21 we got a phone call and said they would be at our location on Monday between 9 and 9:30. As promised he and his helper showed about 9:30 and went right to work. They were in turbo mode. By 10:30 all the old cover was down and new cover was going up. By 12:45 it was all over. WOW!! What a difference. They were really fast and not one problem that I could see. It was incredible. Looked around and did not see ANY scrapes, screws. This was a very pleasant experience and I can't speak highly enough about Rob. Great service and great price!

I was given 3 names by a supply house for an Installer for an aluminum-frame patio screen system. I met with all 3 persons. Rob was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. Ultimately we got a beautiful screen wall for our interior patio, with nicely coordinating earth-toned aluminum and super-screen fabric. He added a nicely coordinating wood ledge and picket system. His old-school craftsmanship came through and was attentive at every step. Now we and our cats are happy, enjoying outdoor time without mosquitoes!

.Due to a design flaw, the rainwater from our roof would cascade down onto our kitchen door.  We decided to see about screening in the end of our deck, enclosing the area of our kitchen door and alleviating the water problem.

Mr Harris came out, heard our ideas, sketched out a solution for creating a screened-in porch using foam-insulated aluminum panels, included mounting a ceiling fan and fitting all within the confines of our existing deck.  This elegant, simple design custom-fit foam-insulated aluminum panels to provide to cover to the porch and simultaneously divert all the roof-borne rainwater away from the door area and off the deck altogether. 

He provided me with a written estimate including a drawing of the project.  He also provided me with the color options for the materials (baked-on colors), both the framing and the underside of the roof portions.

Once we completed our preferences and signed the contract, the wait for project start was about 2 weeks.  When he came out, he brought all his materials with him.  Throughout the project he remeasured continuously to assure exact fit and finish.  He made certain each and every piece was anchored, squared and plumbed from the initial piece to the final one.  He was meticulous and exacting in making certain the job would be completed as perfectly as he could make it.  From project start to finish (excluding one rain day), it took Rob and his assistant 2 1/2 days to complete.  Everything is exactly as we wanted and as Rob described in the plan.

Throughout the work, Rob explained everything he was doing and when I had questions, he explained fully and straightforwardly.  We had design decisions to make at several points, and he explained all options, completely willing to go with whatever option we selected. 

The resulting product is outstanding!  The structure integrates well with the house, the deck and the pool.  It neatly resolves our water diversion design problem and gives us a delightful place for outdoor dining and socializing, free from flying insects, with picture-window sized screen views of the back yard and the pool, cooled by a perfectly-centered ceiling fan. 

I would whole-heartedly recommend Rob to anyone for this or any other type of work.

On time, on budget, helped with other contractors, professional work performed expertly. Seemed quite experienced and used by many other general contractors (found this out after speaking to many general contractors). Rob seems to be the go-to man for screen porches. Handled all tasks and came back after being paid to complete several minor loose ends!
