When we moved in the house had marks on walls, base boards coming off the walls and none of the base boards were clean. We lived in the house for 3.5 years. When we moved out they charged us for all those above plus gave no consideration for the fact we lived there for 3.5 years. Just understand going into any rental with them they will keep just about all your deposit no matter how long you’ve lived there or how well you clean the house.

I contacted The Trey Group because of these 5-star ratings. But obviously not all agents in the team desire great reviews. Kim Langham was my realtor agent last year. She was very responsive and hardworking. But a few things about her turned my experience with her a negative one. I had only been searching for a house for 2 months and I only used my mobile app to do all the house searching -- didn't cost her time to find houses. But she told Bobby that I had been house searching for a long time. I don't know why she said it about me and it was so not true. I bought the 3rd home we viewed together and offered the seller 3% higher than the asking price (nearly 300k). I was a great client for any agent, right? But Kim wasn't a great agent. She was late for all of our house viewing appts. And after she got there, she spent most of her time on looking at her phone and texting other clients, rather than inspecting the houses. It raised issues when my house inspection report came out. A lot of issues in the house were supposed to be found when we viewed the house. A few months after I moved into the house I bought, I needed to obtain the access code to the alarm system in the house, because the system somehow armed itself and it would trigger a 5-min siren sound every time I opened a window. So I contacted Kim to see if she could send me the number of the seller's agent. She ignored all of my calls and texts..... I know i am no longer a client and you should focus on your current clients. But it's just rude and snobbish for not returning calls when your past client (a good one) really needed your help (which was an easy one only taking 30 seconds).

The Trey Group is the best team in town! They found my family our dream home!  J.J.'s knowledge of the housing market was very impressive.  He made our home buying process feel so easy and negotiated below the asking price!  Best agent in San Antonio!

Our one year anniversary in our first time home is right around the corner!
