I called Brian late on Saturday and he returned my call early on Monday advising Juan Diaz would be by about 10:00 AM. Juan and his helper arrived timely and quickly repaired the broken line. Juan helped me understand a new brand of sprinkler head and answered my questions about a different style of sprinkler. This is his third recent visit. The first was for another broken line and the second for moving a sprinkler and installing two new sprinklers due to a change in fencing. All visits have gone well.

It went well. John was backed up on Schedule and we both were recovering from medical opportunities, so working out a schedule took a while. I would call and will call him again and appreciate his direct approach and helpfulness.

He was very helpful and even taught me a few things I didn't know about our sprinkler system.

Things have gone great with the guy who comes out. He is a regular for my routine. He is my regular guy. We had a new requirement to do the work and since he is my guy I called him and he went ahead to do the work.

As always, he gave everything a thorough check and replaced a sprinkler head that my lawn guy always hits with his mower. The only issue this year was trying to schedule an appointment, but because of his Big Deal promotion, he was swamped. He has since hired someone to assist with his bookings. I will certainly use him again next year.

Bought Angies list coupon for 49 dollars for lawn sprinkler tune-up and full system inspection.... Rick came inspected my system in about 15 min and send me an estimate for over 900 dollars including parts and labor... When asked for price of parts, he never replied... So I basically paid for an estimate that is FREE with any other vendors!

I heard about this company from a person at work who told me that he had a good experience using him to install a complete sprinkler system. I called to request service at about 10 am and the service was completed by 1pm the same day. He came out to fix my existing lawn sprinkler system, a few heads needed to be replaced and a pipe needed to be fixed, he also adjusted one of the sprinklers because it was spraying under the siding of the house, and I think he replaced a station valve. He also set up the rain sensor (which was already there just not set up) and set the control box.
