They killed a 10'x2' strip of grass.  They would not repair until it was green again.  The strip is dead and we are hoping that spring will take care of the problem or we will have to re-sod.

They provide  my annual service. Multiple times they come out during the year.  They come out at least 5 times a year.
The main thing is the product they put down works. I have a great looking yard. If I have an issue with weeds or anything like that, I can call them up and they come back out very quickly and will fix that at no additional charge because I am on an annual plan. It averages out to about $40 per application. The representatives have all been very professional and great people to work with. I've never had a negative experience. I did have some problem with my yard where it looked like a fungus was killing my yard and they had a specialist come out and look at it and diagnose what they needed to do. They came out and put down special treatments with my approval and it seemed to fix the problem. They were responsive and always been responsive and always been professional. I've always had great success with them.

The Scotts Company does overall treatment for my lawn.  In the past they have applied fertilizers and weed control and fungicide.  My lawn was in excellent condition.  They did not catch that there was a fungus taking over my lawn and it was totally ruined.  Price wise if they did what they said they were going to do it would have been okay but they did not deliver.  I will not use them in the future.
