Within 4 months of repairing cracks and re-plastering our pool the pool was leaking again and there are at least 10 large cracks in the pool. Most of the cracks are 2 to 3 feet in length and the longest is nearly 15 feet long and runs straight down the middle of the pool. After going back and forth several times the owner came to my house to look at the cracks. He never looked at the cracks, never leaned down to get close to the water. I asked what they were going to do about the cracks....He said they are not responsible if there is any movement of the pool (not sure how he came to that conclusion without even looking at the pool).
Additionally, he said ---exact words "Your house is on a fault line" and the materials company close to your neighborhood blasts.  THIS IS A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES OR STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. Before you have any work done by this company please feel free to contact me and you can see my pool and you can judge for yourself or if it's already been repaired (again) by a different company I have multiple photos.

The pool school was good except I wanted to actually test the water with their rep and learn how to manage chemicals.  That didn't happen and they haven't responded to my 3 requests to set-up monthly service.
If they had called back and set-up the service I would have rated them as an "A" b/c the pool school instructor was good and they're nice over the phone.

The Pool House people supposed to clean and do the chemical maintenance on our pool every week.  Our pool has been green and brown for the last month and half.  First they said we need to blow the lines again (which we paid for them to do few months ago).  Then we waited for two weeks for someone to come out here to blow the lines.  When the technician showed up he said that the lines are not the problem but the pump itself is the problem.  so we have another company came to to see the pump.  The other company said that the pump is working fine.  we paid 183/month for someone to come out to clean the pool and it has been brown and green for many weeks.  They said they have come out to do the service on the pool but I really don't see the difference in our green/brown pool.  I will never use this company again.  They were good the first month when we first stared and went downhill ever since then.
Response from THE POOL HOUSE
"The technician tried to handle this problem eternally and not notified the manager or the owner. The customer did not request to speak to a manager or owner, had this been done the situation could have been handled more promptly and professionally and done to the satisfaction of the customer. We were going to send a 2 month free certificate of pool maintenance as well as a letter stating our apologies and if they have any problems in the future to please contact the owner directly. We have reviewed this issue with the technician and implemented policy changes so this does not happen in the future. The Pool House prides itself on our reputation and quality of work and this is not a reflection on our overall company."

Overall, the experience rates as a "meh". They can fix pools and appear to do a good job, but their overall customer-facing presentation needs some work. After the repair, I had a billing flub that I had to call to correct (I was inadvertently billed for some work that not done, but the gal I talked to admitted it was a clerical mistake. I believe her, and it appears to be taken care of now). Their prices were reasonable in my opinion, and they seem to do good work.

Stopped into store to buy pool part. Scheduled service for my filter to be torn apart. Came and fixed the next week. The serviceman took the time to educate me on how to care for going forward. They did not charge at the time. Sent me a bill for services.
