The Grounds Guys Of North San Antonio

At the Home and Garden Show, Carlos and I scheduled an appointment to meet at my home for an estimate. On the day of the appointment, he called to say that he was on his way and showed at the agreed time. We walked Carlos around the yard, talked about services, and thought we pretty much gave him a green light to propose anything he thought he could do to help us. He talked about how much his wife would love the yard (she was not present but seems to be his partner based on their business card) and could answer some of our questions. As he drove away, we thought he was going to send us a proposal or some sort of estimate. We have never heard from them again. Multiple calls to their office number and the number that Carlos called me on to say that he was on his way, have never been returned.
