Well, I just spent the last couple months in a real estate transaction that has forever changed the way I will look at customer service based on my experience with Karen Trevino at The del Amo Group. My new ?bar? will be, ?Did they make me feel like Karen??
Going through a home purchase is a little bit like a roller coaster ride?lots of ups and downs, and even times when your stomach gets a little bit queasy. Not only did Karen sit right by me as I rode this ride, but she *experienced* my transaction right along with me. On the highs she was there to celebrate with me, and on the lows she was there to reassure me. And on the queasy parts, she turned into such
a fierce defender of me and my interests that all I could do was stand back, in awe, and be incredibly proud of who I selected as a real estate agent.
I wish I had 100 friends who were buying/selling a home right now so I could send them right away. Until then, all I can do is say that I have a high confidence level in recommending Karen and The del Amo Group to anyone needing assistance with their real estate transaction. I?ll never use anyone else for any other real estate needs in Texas.
