"We just crossed with this review after 7 years; we thought we were done with this nightmare, we felt the same as you, we trusted an apparently well respected customer and neighbor, it is hard to make happy a customer that is changing opinion on finishes and don't accept the decisions she made on materials and accessories; remember that we talked several times and basically remodeled your condo twice, changing colors and finishes just to keep our promise, even your attorneys told us that they didn't see any unprofessional work, just that you were complaining on finishes and accessories you chose. We brought our insurance adjuster to verify that there were no damage and there were no reason the claim proceeded, even dough, our attorney decided to instead of you paid the balance you owed us, the insurance gave you $5,000.00 just to make you happy and finish with this nightmare; we didn't want to but they convinced us that it would be the only way, and they were right. I'm not asking you to change your opinion about us, I know we did the right thing and we always do, just ask the other thousands of customers including homeowners, business owners, and nation wide General contractors, no other complaint in our history, that means something, don't you think? We wish you are recovered from your health issues and that you are living a less stressed life Mrs [Member Name Removed] . Best regards"
